Why do I not have the ability to edit or at least export RAW photos directly from the app? It's a basic function guys

I bought an Android adapter so that I can share the video and photo directly from my phone but when I want share to my Facebook, "invalid key hash", I cannot login my Facebook account, pls fix it ASAP!!

App is pathetic for android. Maybe next time they can deliver better hardware and software for Android. Im abt to return an expensive equipment and purchase something else. Their support is quick for being on the other side of the country, but no idea whats even available for Android. Go focus iphone every which way and then fold. So upset and disappointed. Oh ya. Dont charge people extra for an adapter just because you could not support android

I updated to the Android version. Loses connection when using Bluetooth on selfie stick and won't connect to Bluetooth when trying to look at or download at photos and videos. Using my Samsung Galaxy S8+. Will add stars once app is fixed.

A lot of the app is in Chinese, making it difficult to understand what it is saying. The remote shutter works at least. The email address for the developer bounced back.

The "Android adaptor" is a joke. Do NOT buy this product for android; moreover, their customer service is horrible. How does a million $$$ company sell an "Android adaptor" & it not be compatible? Next, they want ME to do THEIR homework/research! Buy GoPro Fusion - way better anyways & excellent customer service. In short, you get what you pay for - DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Taking a 360 photo and video is fine. And sharing on Instagram, Facebook, or any society is kinda ok.. But sharing on their own social community is horrible! There're "lots of bugs" that I've never seen on any apps. They absolutely need software improvement. I can't trust software engineers who work at insta360 at all. They need more app testers. I understand this is Chinese style. But you know...
