1mg - Find Generic Medicines

Remove PATANJALI Products. Patanjali products are not only horrible but they are poisonous for human consumption. More importantly PATANJALI products are dangerous for kids. I request the builders of this app if they have any value for human life over money then they must remove PATANJALI products immediately. Else i will continue to rate this app for ZERO stars.

Ordered twice, both times they cancelled! Useless app, don't waster your time ordering with them. Customer service also just sends programed responses to queries & complaints.

Very good application and gives a lot of inform ation for medicine as well as health related problems. Easy to use. Excellent experience

I think 1 Mg has established their business so doesn't care about their customer's. 2 years relationship is going to end... as recently came to know 1mg selling medicine and other products on very high price.. eye opening time for me. NEWNIK pulse oximeter 1mg selling at 2349/- that is easily available in market for price only 1450/- stunned to see !!!

It can never get any worse with 1mg. Infact it was my mistake to go with 1mg even after those bitter experience in the past. This time I placed an order for medicine with a valid prescription. 1mg kept on changing the delivery timeline without informing me. On the third day they called me up and said there was some internal issue and the order was not able to be processed. They didn't even waste a moment time to cancel the order. Not even an apology. To trust 1mg was my mistake Edit: That floor supervisor never reached me. Stop all these public stunts

Ok, it is good app to find substitute medicine, but not for shipping. Earlier 1 year pincode not cover now more more drama on prescription, so forget about discount, buy full price it is perfect and wait for medicines that is bonus. Sorry 1mg installed since 2 years and using but bad review.

Worst app plz don't use this app. Waste of time. They won't deliver your medicines on time. They told me that they'll deliver medicines within 48 hours. But it is not like that, ultimately i hv to buy medicines from market after wasting my time with this app. This is so unprofessional.

No customer care number.. how can it be a app without customer care number and also meant for patients.. I can't even modify my mail ID and there is no other way to communicate. Can't even get my reports on time.

I'm the 1st time user but it delivered a wrong product and the delivery time was also much. Im very much disappointed. Such a rubbish service. Disgusting. I did not get my refund its now more than a week. 1mg is the most horrible service that I have been through in the digital shopping experience. Don't buy products from here. This is worst application i had ever seen. Company mese msg aata he ke aapki medicine dispatch ho gai he and today you will receive but afternoon me msg aata he ki aap ka order cancel ho gaya he. When i called to Coustomer care call liya to batate he ke stock available nai he. This first and last order to this company. Pls i suggest aap is application pe order mat di jiye

Earlier reports used to deliver same day but now it is pathetic. Simple blood sugar fasting report not deliver in one day. I have to cancel my doctor's appointment because of the same. I spoke to customer care they simply told they can't help on this. Uninstalling this app now...

Never ever going to order any medicine on your App. Three times my order got rejected. First two times they didn't give any valid reason third time they said that there is no date written on the Prescription hence the order has been rejected and they are asking me to get another Prescription with date written on it. I had ordered a general medicine for that if your doing so high level scrutiny then better I will buy from my local pharma store than wasting my time ordering and answering to your reps senseless questions.

Since I've moved to an new city for my job I always feel like where to do blood test, which all doctors are around. After coming across this application I felt like whoever has made the application may God bless them. I'm now very much releaved having this application around me. Thanks 1MG team.

Bad reviews So many bad reviews have prompted me to uninstall this app. According to the review almost every had experienced one problem or the other, so I don't want to take any chance.

Very pathetic service. They took around 8 days to deliver my medicine. Out of 11 items 4 items got cancelled due to out of stock, and they informed me that after a week. I will stay away from them, and you should too if you required medicine within a day or two.

Good application to find substitute but not for order placement. Twice I had placed order but both instances it was cancelled by 1mg. People out there are very confused.... after placing order I received email stating that my prescription is not a valid one then I receive a call from 1mg that the medicines are not in stock & area/pin code is not serviceable and the order is cancelled. Then I receive a email that order is cancelled on request....I don't understand when I have placed order for medicines then why the hell should I cancel, it is1mg who is unable to provide the same but the email states "order cancelled on request" The same thing has happened in both the instances. I am yet to understand that what is the real reason for cancellation. VERY DISAPPOINTED

It's a pain to order, they make you upload the prescription so many times that the patient lose all patience. Horrible call center agents who are really rude and difficult to deal with

Worthless.. Caution:Do not order meds from 1mg even if u see a good rating and reviews..They are fake.. Dont expect your meds to reach you before u die... I think the owner of the company is totally unconcerned about his company.. Firstly when u order the meds then it will show that the vendor is currently verifying the stock and it will remain for so long and they would daily increment ur delivery date. The 20% off is a completely scam. The actual discount is approx 7%. They are fooling people. This company's future looks vague. And i dont need any apology from the company because they know what they are doing and will never try to improve upon their past shortcomings. Rest is up to you. Thank u

It was really a big mistake of my life to order medicine from 1mg. Given order on 20 July and order confirmed on 23 July with estimated delivery time of 26 to 28. Is this the fu***ng service you provide to customer. Is it a grocery item to be delivered as per your feasibility...You people must be legally sued for this crime....

every time delivery date is changed . You can not expect they deliver on scheduled time which is shown at time of ordering . Be prepare u may get ur medicine in 6-7 days after ordering . Rest site is informative u may get subtitute with lesser price and detail about that medicine .

Third grade service of 1MG booking many time of order cancelling order due to prescription. For us doctor advised to take same tablet but 1 mg need prescriptions of same year whf I thought good way for pharmacy but I felt very unhelpful very poor service of 1mg ..

Awesome app, great discount available.... People have complains for late delivery, pls make prior orders for medicines and lab test...So you can get it on time...Thankyou 1mg A valid prescription will always required.

What a pathetic service. For order delivery, there isn't any customer care that you can speak to....you can spend endless number of hours in sending emails to these guys. They have created a software platform without giving any thought to customer experience.

1st order on my 1mg. Prescription verified. Ordered 5strips. 3 received. 2 cancelled. If there is no stock, it should be shown before. Not happy.

Worst experience, your sellers are fraud. I have placed order for PROTINEX Original while PROTINEX has been delivered to me with MRP of Rs 500. What you people thinks we are FOOL.

They say 25% off on medicines .but when i apply the code i dont get any off. Better than them is my locality store where atleast i get off around 15 -20%. Stupid app

I am surprised to see negative comments about 1mg. So far I am very satisfied with 1mg, great product, discount and mainly same day delivery...

Horrible service, simple medicines took them two days to deliver, even their online doctor features is sub standard we can't speak to the doctor on call and he is supposed to understand our problem on Chat.. come one!!!

Finally got my product after complaining. Have to improve on shipping. Should make the delivery on time rather than changing delivery date regularly.

Delhivery Courier service is catastrophic, they or 1mg keep on revising delivery date.. Consignment which lies in Noida take four days to reach Gurugram - Imagine the unprofessionalism.. Why don't they have alternative Courier partners if customer wishes he can pay for early arrival of Consignment??

Very worst service they will not keep promise of estimated date, date was revised for 3 time am cancelling my order after 3 days as per latest estimate it might took another 3 more day.

Poor App- This app is totally useless as most of the medicines are out of stock all the time. Better to go for nearest Medi Shop.
