So bad user experience, no fingerprint login, and so much unneeded extra complications and useless security measures, if you're living abroad and you forgot your 2nd password (which is required to transfer funds) Goodluck finding a solution, you better fly back to Jordan to fix that. Plus they keep deducting service fees for a saving account. Worst banking app ever and worst bank policies.

Unavailable to buy mobile prepaid, it's says that biller is not responding, but i tried zain orange, and umniah all are same

Have done internet banking with banks in the USA, Arabian Gulf and Jordan but this application is the best. It is user friendly and practical and reliable, and constantly under development.

And it doesn't say which app is it

Everytime it says no Internet connection even my Internet connection is OK

The reason for my loyality to Arab Bank, is the best usage of technology: Arabi Online, ATMs and now Arabi Mobile. I like my zero-visits to Arab Bank branches :) Thank you Arab Bank for such amazing service.

Good enough, you can do almost everything on the app, but 1) you can't view more than 3 msgs in the email ? 2) can't change password from the app, and when it expired it said I should use the desktop version to change, so the app became really useless until I can log into a computer. This should be adjusted.

Disabling app on devices with root access is quite incomprehensible. My device is secured with kaspersky and must be rooted as a developer. Your team surprisingly come with genuine acts to displease customers. Kindly let them get extra courses about app security

اغلب الاوقات بحاجة الى تحديث !!! وفكرة انتهاء صلاحية كلمة السر من وجهة نظري شيء متعلق بالخصوصية يعني انا مرتاحه مع كلمة السر .. يعني بحاجة لشيء ما معين من التطبيق لازم افتح واغيرها بعدين ارجع افتح .. لا يناسب توقعاتي

It would be better after a fund trasfer is complete to show his or her name on transactions list, the same as the internet channel.

Can you please tell why the new version need permission to access my device storage? This is a web app that get its information from your api servers, I don't see why this access is needed. If it is for caching then don't cache. You're a bank app and you shouldn't cache anything. Please answer this question.

Great app, but when I try to pay the electricity bill, the fields you are asking for is unclear, I don't know what to put there, is it the bill num, subscription number, gauge number, I don't know, please specify the needed data so I can use it to pay the bills. Thank you..

Give me Warning.arab mobile Can't Run on this device . Duto security Cincerns. Please ensure that your device is not running unauthorized software. I tried with 2 Phons and give the same message. Please Check the reason and give me feedback. I want use the application asap.
