Keep asking to update but when click on it, it comes to google play but no update button

Awesome app.

Stupid system. Give us 48hrs to upload receipts yet response on confirmation tks more than one week. Already deleted all message but still tell me got one message unread.

Now unable open app to claim E voucher

Ever since the last update on 8 Feb, phone battery is draining like running tap water. Within 5 mins, battery drained 5% and my phone is heating up like it's going to explode. The scary part is, the app is not running in the background. It is just parking there and draining the battery away. Pls fix your buggy app. This app is one of my favorite app, but as of now, I'll just give 1 star.

Very bad. Even after a few restart of my hp, exceptionally and abnormally high battery usage was still reported. I did not even open the app, so what monkey biz are u doing in the background??

If Suntec City is sincere about its reward programme, it should allow up to a week (instead of 48 hours) for the submission of receipt.

The app is not compatible with Android 7.0, can't snap photo. Every time I tried to snap photo, it shows "please grant camera permission to take photo", the fact is I already gave permission for all the access which this app requires.

I can use the app and i can save a lot of money as suntec city has stalls which have sale. i can also take photo of my receipt and post it and i can use it to earn points and i can redeem it whenever i reach the neccesarry requirements

Keep asking needing camera permission when already provided. Android 7 on nexus 6p

Forced to download and apply as required by the staff. Realised no at all necessary. They just wanted personal details.

This app crashes my phone, does not load and I'm unable to redeem the rewards. Total failure, please do something about it!

Sucks. Please fix the bug in "flash sale". The sale haven't started, but the available quantity to grab keeps on deducing from 50 to 10 just before the official sale starts. Why some people can get the sale before it official starts? Also please add something in the help to explain what is the difference between "Grab it!" button and "reserve" button in "flash sale" [Update 2 Oct]: the issue was removed fast. revised the rating.

Horrible sense of customer support for suntec app. Money better spent in Capital malls. Let's see how Suntec survives in their bad services. Rather have my account deleted.

Even when i open the page exactly at 10am/4pm, i am always unable to get any vouchers. The page just loads with deal 'sold out' even though its barely a few seconds into the minute. This is about 3 days in a row now (6 attempts). Disappointing app. There are probably people gaming the system, imo. But other than the flash sales, the other features of the app are okay.

To register, one will be directed to Facebook page. Can't registration be done otherwise???

Can Suntec or the developer explains why the new version of this app needs to access to my phone for usage and to access my CONTACT list?

Photo submission of point recipts often rejected if not perfect. Slow and unwieldy, not worth the effort for the small amount of points.

Almost more than 3/4 of the 50 sets were sold out even before the time the sale was supposed to start

Why needs so many information for registration? IC, birth day, postal code, phone number. Are you trying to steal identity? The app cannot move to SD card also.
