The app has some cool features; however lacks much. There is no ability to have less then 1% for a moonlight. 1% is way too bright. I was extremely dissapointed by this. As well the lightning is not optional under the weather section. One other major flaw is there is no way to see what light spectrum you have when you manually alter the lights. Updates in future would be Highly appreciated. As the app still needs alot of work. Would improve to 5 stars if fixed.

The lights are fine BUT in case you have an issue with that light forget about the costumer support! I've been told that the manager will call me back but guess what? I never heard from them back and they ignoring my calls and emails! the only thing is that the I received is an email that ask if I satisfied from the service, even when i choose no, nobody really care! save you money and buy different light that you'll get service after the purchase. Unstable app. Cannot login. Says invalid authentication despite correct password. It's time they improve the app and make it more friendly. The functionality of the lights depends on the controller. If you have a bad app then it's as good as saying bad lights.

Even after most recent update this is still only 4 stars. Needs more preconfigured presets similar to the Radions for LPS, SPS, coral radiance, photo mode (would be awesome). Would be amazing if AI built a database of highest rated user uploaded presets such as the ever so popular Saxby.

The light and app are great when they work. But God help you if there is a problem. Tech Support is among the worst I've ever experienced. They appear not to read the email, asking questions that have already been answered, and seem only to be able to say, "golly, we're sorry you had this problem. Let us know if you have any other issues". They NEVER fixed it. It STILL doesn't work! AAARGH! Request 209016. Fantastic light! The absolute WORST customer support/service!

This app is the worst for such great and expensive lights. The app always loses connection with the lights. Right now it doesn't even show my tank setup, and I have 4 lights programmed. The tank in the app just disappeared!

Had issue after updating app and lights. Fixed by reuploading schedule from desktop site.

Keeps re-seting to 12:00 am. I would recommend just buying Kessels.

Love my new Leds! He primes are great and this app is awesome.. love love love the ability to acclimate my new corals with lighting instead of moving them. Should have preset lighting for world locations and presets for growth or color or presentation etc. That would be awesome....I'm updating my review to 1 star as I have been having lots of issues due to the recent update. Will not connect to wifi. I add IP address and says times out. This is ridiculous for the amount of time and money spent.

My AI Prime lights are great. For the most part they do what they are programmed to do. As for this app, it's also great... when it works. Most of the time I can't connect to the lights. I also don't seem to be able to use the lunar light function anymore. That's pretty annoying for me since I really like to look at my tank ay night.

The phone app is useless. For all this money you think the app would have been thoroughly tested as this surely could have not as this clearly is the constant among complaints. Hardly connects and when it does it takes so many attempts on the odd occasion it will work like it should first time round. These lights should have had a manual switch also on them to adjust which would make like so much easier. Great light lousy app.

I have the same problem as most. The lighting is great, it's the app that's the issue. Once it's programmed you're good to go. The app kicks me straight to a standard web page lately. Doesn't matter how awesome the lights are if I can't control them. Pay a developer a few bucks to design an app worthy of your product.

95% of the <3 star reviews are pure user error. Don't let silly people with no clue influence your decision on these excellent lights. Connection is easy. Control is moderate difficulty due to the control of individual spectrums (making a graph). However, this full controllability is what makes the lights so great.

Great app works really well, simple and effective design. Coral are growing amazingly. Most bad reviews on this are down to user error and people bad with technology. If you do struggle with technology, email or call their support team as theyre awesome. Or even go into the store you bought it and ask advice.

Totally inconsistent with working and not working. Now wont let me go in to change my settings my light is on but the app sayes its not on at all worked last week but not now

Inconsistent. I had it working after two days of resets and uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. Swapped lights briefly. Went back to the Prime, and now it won't quit blinking green. Frustrating light, and I have it because my mother got so mad with it that she put it in the closet and put a $40 led on her 8 gal nano.

light and app just ok. the light overheats often as in 30+ times a day and shutdowns til it cools. the fan must not work well. the controllability of the light through the app is great if you can connect to your light which I can only do half the time the other half it says cant locate or connect to the light

This Company is shady. This app is terrible. Hydra 26 had MULTIPLE factory issues, the company basically gave me the finger. I chose Kessil and am very happy ????

Works flawlessly. Great app. The bad reviews are from those who are technologically inept. Just call their awesome customer service and they will walk you through the install process if you are having difficulty!

I'm having an issue with the date & time part of the app. The lights are great, I love them. This is day four with them and everyday the time under date and time changes itself. I'll set the time to match my phone, some odd hours later I'll check on the lights and they're at the wrong time of day. And my corals are suffering from the lack of lighting issue and it's agrivating

I am unable to connect to the light with this app. Although both my phone and the light are connected to the same network. It's impossible to review this properly until this issue is fixed

I purchased two lights totaling almost $800 and 95% of the time only one light stays connected with the app. Loading takes an eternity. Still can't get my lights to work with the app.

Lights are amazing in my opinion, but this app is a pain. Why can't you make it simple to install downloaded schedules on android? How About A right/Left button that moves to the next point on the gragh so you dont drag back and forth missung the point in time you want to modify an area? Fix these things and it's a sure 5 for me.
