Solar Clock: Circadian Rhythm for Android
It seems accurate. I notice I'm hungry or active right before the alarm comes up. It helps me wake up in a.m. Wish it had more algorithms for age, habits, etc. Was accurate when we changed time zones and helped me adapt quicker.
Goodbye irregular sleeping and eating hours! And good riddance! This thing got me back on track and has kept me on it. Thanks devs!
It's great. It motivates me to live a normal life. The only problem is it doesn't start automatically with the system, so if I forget to start it, I don't get the notifications. Other than that it's simply amazing ! =)
Since I can't get up in the middle of work day and start doing sports. I also don't like that the app doesn't pick up the location automatically.
I agree with a lot of people here. Its has great potential if you could at least move time for sleep and time you get up. Gonna have to look else were.
If I release all resources/RAM which I guess closes the app, the alarm goes away also. Even if in the settings it's on, I have to turn it off and on again for it to actually be on. Integration with the native alarm app might fix this, I think.
Nice schedule. The alarm goes off about 15 minutes before sunrise instead of at sunrise. The birds chirping cause the birds outside to start chirping and they sound confused.
There's some room for improvement- personalization, mainly - but it delivers what it promised, in a simple and aesthetically pleasing display. Nicely done.
It's neat. There are other very common events associated with circadian rhythms and it'd be neat to see a few more on the clock.
I only wish I could use the music on my phone as the alarm tone instead of using a ringtone.

Like it so far though I have just installed it. Some advice I could give would be to include links to medical evidence for 'circadian events'.
This has been very useful in helping me get my sleep rhythm back on track.

The design of the widget is completely broken, with chopped numbers and glitches.

It really helps as it reminds me of these important times of the day without having to check the time or check online ect. It's a great for sunrise only a little early on mid summer days here in Scotland.
I always feel rested when I wake up to this alarm. Too bad the american work day doesn't cater to the circadian clock. Would be even nicer if I could switch views to look at future dates.
I love it!!!! I have more energy and I seem to be losing weight. It tells you when to eat sleep and wake up based on your current location and the sun angle in the sky.
Please make it possible to use other alarm clock apps or at least make it possible to use music and add challenges like math to turn off the alarm. I will update my review if improvements are made to the alarm.

This app has really helped regulating my sleep. I would suggest a better description of the events and a habit tracker to see how well one's habits align with the solar clock. Also, when alarms are triggered they give you a range of time for the event, but one cannot see that range before in order to plan the day better.
Attempting to sort lifestyle to benifit most from daily routine. The app is only as demanding as much as you want it to be. Nice simple symbols

I don't like the presets. I'm not going to bed at midnight or eating dinner at 9 p.m.
The app does what it says, but there still are some options that would be nice. Like it would be great to be able to add an alarm because we all don't work/sleep according to the solar day.

Tried booking meetings with circadian clock peak brain time turned out great! One drawback is that you can't shift this according to personal needs, for example, the clock is telling me to get up at 7:30am - can't do that or I'd be late for work. Wish there is a way to tweak the schedules. And dinner at 9:30pm doesn't look reasonable…
