APSRTC

APSRTC is far better than some idiots owned private travels... Especially ORANGE & KAVERI Travels... Usually from RTC we do not expect any service... But where as these private travels are just sick in service and maintenance... These days drivers and cleaners of these private travels has been started being rude and do not know how to deal with customers... I had faced the same issue with Orang Travels and with KAVERI Travels... Orange travels do not provide what they assure and KAVERI Travels do not know how to talk with customers .. both are just sick.. I seriously recommend people here not to travel in these two travels... They are just sick and worst..!!

This is my second time journey with APSRTC and it just sucks! 1.First bus was pathetic with weird noises from bus and 16 hours of journey extended from it's 13 hours journey just sucks. In middle driver left a guy at a hotel and started his journey which is 100% not appropriate. On the way when it was observed by passenger and told by me they returned the bus. 2. I am doing my second time journey now, waiting at Vijayawada BUS stand (ASIA's 3rd BIG) scheduled at 1:30 AM. Now time is 4 AM. RTC (y) >20KMs oly

We can't book 2 tickets at a time for mother and child who has CAT cards. We can't book 2 tkts for senior citizens at a time. Adding money to wallet from credit card service charge applied.

How pathetic it is that APSRTC is increasing the ticket fares by 50% even on the regular services (not only for the special) between different places in AP and the cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad during festivals and weekends. APSRTC being a government organization instead of serving its people has found a way to make profits by unethically charging extra. The private services atleast seems ethical who raises their fares up during the last days of the rush unlike APSRTC who does it 1 month ahead.

My brother after traveling from Bangalore to Kadapa said that the bus is like the burned set of the movie Om Shanthi Om.. Pathetic service of APSRTC as always. Keep it up..

There is no option for seen the balance in the wallet .. and there is no chances to send a ticket message again .. so please develop much more Options for getting huge customer for apsrtc

.bus timing is tooo pathatic,bus not arravived in time at LBNAGAR, too much waiting almost4 hrs waiting ...& dropping is too late.... no time sense for RTC , bus condition also not good....noise, Windows NT opeNed properly, I travelled by super luxury..(.toll fee+ tax+ all changes ) process is only luxury, its too worst experience..... I travelled 3 times.....felt same experience..Felt like city ordinary / metro can be better than that bus.

This Most Worst App. I tell you how. I have been cheated two times. I booked tickets from this app one time they charged me 400 rs extra on my actual ticket fair. second time they have not yet return my ticket cancelation money 700 rupees I have booked from this app. Do not use any one and get cheated as done to me. Worst worst worst app!

Cancellation done properly but Not able to come out from the app/website after logout. And even not user friendly look and feel. Overall not good experience...

Seat layout during booking is different from bus seating arrangement.. which is causing inconvenience during travelling

When we are booking from app payment is not successful.So better book from website,Don't use mobile app.Customer కేర్ నెంబర్ also is not working properly.

I didn't find any offer while booking the ticket and you said that register with this app and then the 100/- will be refunded to you wallet but i didn't receive any amount after my registration

Whenever the app is open we have to login every time thats the big drawback of the app.

App could be better. Bus was clean but too late from arrival time (1hr). Has to see will it be covered in journey time or not...

Fare display is a big issue o...one way u just confuse thus cheat n collect more fare in final booking

The seat selection is getting mis placed after confirmation of tickets.the change of gender selection of the primary passenger has been blocked.

Very useful.. So many choices . often I booked in this. Even we will get the msg with driver details so that we can track the bus. Thanku apsrtc

Good but still needs to be user friendly.Shocked to see so many negative reviews.App is good and i have been using since year.The UI needs more changes for making it userfriendly.People are complaining about APSRTC services.But atleast they are safer than private travels in terms of safety.But APSRTC needs to improve quality of buses to make it a comfortable journey.

It's better to add live track in this app only instead of another app

My advice is: service num - 5181 ( Hyd - TPT) reaches nellore by 6:45 AM - 7 AM but APSRTC website showing Nellore arrival time as 7:30 AM. Update nellore arrival time to 7 AM on APSRTC app and website,it will improve occupancy. I informed it to authority concerned but no action taken

As we are reducing your work, and paying online. . You are charging 25 rs per ticket reserved. Kindly reduce reservation charges

Please provide complaints against driver's, they are delaying by stopping much time in somewhere for lunch even though it is a single stop bus.

It is a Good app, But needs a better UI which is easy to operate. Please improve, people would like to book directly on APSRTC.

Worst app. We are unable to book more than 1 seat. I advised you to change the settings to book more than one seat at a time

Apsrtc the depo managers are waste especially giddalur service bus from Bangalore to giddalur he can put AC bus but they are providing only super luxury when private travels is there why can't government AC bus is there amaravthi till kadapa why can't they extend it till giddalur and giddalur Depot super luxury they will not open luggage box for passengers they sold it to madanapalli market they will dump all vegetables in that

Apsrtc buses are re welded buses. They remain in losses forever. The reason is they provide dabba buses for high charges.

Worst service no bus is good KSRTC is much better than this

HDFC credit card payments is not happening. I had to do it on desktop. From last 2 trips I am booking on desktop. In Desktop Credit card payments is happening without any issues. Only In mobile app its not happening.

Waste of app never go for this app to book your tickets if you are concerned about your money.

**Do not use this app**. Payment will be made but ticket wont be booked. When we get the amount back, we wont get back the transaction charges.
