Restaurants on TV Trip Planner

According to your map, there is ZERO eat stops between Central WI and NE Iowa. I tried the website first, then the app. You have got to be kidding me because Ive seen places on some of the TV shows. I guess I'll have to do it the old fashioned way and plan pit stops myself plus keep an eye out while driving. What a bummer *thumbs down*

Sucks. No restaurant's found in my area, (incorrectly). Zoom out, further, further, further, all the way out. No restaurants on the map at all. Type Philadelphia, it finds restaurants, zoom out, only show restaurants in Philly. Dumb.

I love using this app anytime I'm on vacation and enjoy the experience of going somewhere I've seen or heard about already. The only problem I have is it's been crashing lately, annoying.

Used to work great.... But looks like the app is no longer supported. I have a paid account, but can't get any results no matter where I look or how far I zoom out.

I used to like this App but it doesn't look like new locations have been added for a couple of years. Information is old but useful. You just won't get all the locations that have been on TV

Joke app! After doing around 10 searches I got the message saying " you have reached your max limit of searches for the day" please pay 2.99 or come back tomorrow! Don't waste your time with this, it's not even up to date!

I CAN picture this app being the go 2 app 4 road trips if on the menu feature has pics 1st then what's in the grub 2nd & I don't see very many pics!!!! Cause I can't start drooling & having dreams about the perfect grub if I'm reading & I don't think any1 could!!!! Cause what do we respond 2 best when we're looking @ something digital pics & vids right?So put pics on all the menu items throughout the app & I'll give this app a golden 5

Shoddy app doesn't provide results, then states that the max searches for today was reached. How can I assess if it's worth paying for, if the free version gives me nothing appealing to be hooked? Prematurely limiting means a list potential user.

This is a great app and it was worth the purchase, but I would like to see acouple changes. 1. When you search an area you can go to the filter and select what restaurant you want in your search. I wish it just pull the shows in your setting so you don't have to do it over and over again and that is my biggest gripe about this great app

The old version used to tell you what the guy/gal hosting the show actually ate at the location. That was pretty much the only reason I bought this app so long ago. Without that feature, I can just use Yelp, get more restaurants, and more information. Please either have your team do it or enable a community feature other than the existing comment system that does it.

Been waiting for this. I keep a file on my computer that has over 300 restaurants. The problem with my list is very few places are where we have gone. This app solves the problem.

Doesn't work never shows anything on map. I know that I have restaurants near me that have been on these shows. I'm deleting the app also

Is this still an active app? I know there are resturants in my area that have been on some of the shows but they are not on the list. So I reinstalled the app to see if it would work better and it was worse. Kept getting errors and it would crash. Tried on an iPad and had the same issues. Not a good app any more.

I am traveling through Washington and trying to find a good spot to eat. I downloaded this app to find it. Unfortunately, nothing was appearing when I hit the GPS button from Seattle to Canada on the entire 5 North! Only when I specifically typed in key locations just to mess around like LA and Portland. Then it said I reached maximum searches for the day and had to upgrade $2.99 if I wanted to continue. Extremely disappointed with this app and its lack of functionality and accuracy. Wouldn't recommend.

Love the app. Think it's a great idea. Would have given four stars. but an advert pops up every minute or a prompt to upgrade to the ad free version for $3 every three minutes. So instead I say cluck you & uninstall. Plus I don't know when it was last updated, but many places features in Atlanta on DDD in the past year are not listed.

I don't understand why they couldn't have left well enough alone. The old app used to load restaurants 100s of miles and now I can't search any further than 10 miles or so. What's wrongbwith you people? Just bring back the old app!

Paid for the $3 upgrade & now my lists will not load. So I had a version that was working but I upgraded to be able to do more searches & now it won't work?!?!?! This sucks big time! I also see you no longer respond to comments of reported issues.

It was fun for the two minutes I was allowed to use it for free. If you want to search in an area, use the text field. Every time you pan, pinch, or zoom on the map, it consumes one of your daily, allotted searches. It also did it after I closed a restaurant's card on the map, even though I hadn't changed anything about my viewing area. Basically, I looked at two cities, opened three cards, dismissed one appeal to review the app, one ad for another app, and I was told to pay or come back tomorrow.

Can't figure out what any of the selections are doing b/c not listing any restaurants in my location. I'm considering uninstalling thus app. Quit changing things too much. The 9ld one worked fine & was easier.

Map refresh is too hyperactive. If I even gently touch the screen in map view it relods and auto zooms to a different location than what I was trying to see

I was trying to search for locations along our planned route. It kept popping back to our current location and running a search. After doing this several times, it said I had run out of searches for the day. I could upgrade for $3 to avoid the restriction. Don't waste your time.

Slightly technologically challenged here but I'm going from WNY to NJ and oddly not a single result comes up. What good is this? Do I need to go to Texas or Florida before I get results?! Just annoying. I will keep and try when I get closer to destination in case it's just me...

Had the "updated" app on my new phone thirty seconds and it told me I had reached my search limit. YOU CAN PURCHASE FOR MORE SEACHES. I was on my first and only search and had not found anything yet. It tells me to zoom out to expand my search area but THE APP kept AUTOMATICALLY zooming in on blank space while I was trying to ZOOM OUT! I don't need the help. I guess you have to pay to be able to turn things off too.

I used to love this app but it stopped functioning correctly and I had to pay for an alternative app. Please fix it so I can use again.

Wanted to like it but the App wants $2.99 to work for more than a few seconds. And map has tons of display and refresh issues.

I know there are restaurants near me, but this app wont show any. Keeps crashing too. The old app was much better.

The older version was much better it would tell you what was around you didn't freeze up you can see the whole map at once

If you click the menu while you're on the highway when you want to see what's coming up ahead it doesn't work, if you pick a major city by Cleveland or Boston it will show you all kinds of okay but if you pick a place along the way so you're in Utica New York it won't show anything and even if you zoom in and zoom farther out it'll never show anything even when Boston and New York City on the map makes it pretty useless

The search didn't work and then it said that I used all my searches for the day and had to buy the premium. Google works better. No thanks. Uninstalled.

This app has brought great fun to my travel experiences. The only way it could be better is if it showed what each restaurant was so famous for.

Search option of areas sucks. Too many ads. Must pay for app to search after a couple searches. Go to apps clear cache and data you you can search again.

This app does not list anything when I try to search by city(Los Angeles) or state(California). The website errors out when I tried to use it as well.

I use this app In every city I travel to. It shows every food show like Diners, Drive inns, and Dives . Man vs Food. Ect.... this way you know what shows have been there and what was tried.

Only seems to have Canadian slow visits. Missing all of Anthony Bourdain's visits.

Update isn't loading restaurants. App is now useless and will be uninstalling until it gets fixed. Sad day...

When it works it's a badass app, however, it only really works on wifi. When I am not on wifi (which is when I will be using the app the most) it works every great once in awhile. Will prob be deleting

I KNOW there are restaurants near me...but they won't load on the map. Same problems as other users. Android KitKat. Galaxy S4. :/ Updated 7-7-15: Map still won't show anything after your response. Both Android devices (my entire family's) and iPad Air 2, as well as an iPhone.

Wroth the extra steps out takes compared to an older version I'm not happy. But still had great value of you ate off the beaten path

I was thinking while watching Food Network, wouldn't it be great to have an app to show where restaurants where shown on TV? Well, low and behold! I guess there is nothing left in the play store. This is a wealth of knowledge. Love it!
