Just downloaded to pay my bill. So far so good. I like using the pin to log in, that's nice. No issues with that so far. I was not able to find where I can view my bill in the app, so I ended up logging into the site to view the bill there. Also, I had to go back to the site again to copy my account number because I was paying with a credit card and the app redirects you to the 3rd party and does not carry over that info for you, it would be nice if it did that at least. Or, start taking your own CC payments rather than redirect your users to a 3rd party vendor. Thanks for finally developing an app though, just need to really dial it in now. :)

This app is crap! I am constantly having to reset my password and my pin which it never saves and overall the experience has been aggravating. If you're using it to save time and pay your bills this app only makes it more time-consuming. You're better off using the phone and calling the services. There are better game apps out there that easier to use then this APS app. Hopefully somebody who designed it can figure out a way to delete and rewrite the app. Not happy.

The log in with your pin is great! Yet it never works always get a message saying it can't log in with that pin. So really this is a pointless app, it brings you to the website. Fix it get it right, then maybe will give the app more than one star. Bypass this app for now unti you see more positive ratings.

App sucks big time... Waste of time! Doesnt open and when it does, it closes unexpectedly!!

Used new version. Works perfect. Had liked old version. Had really disliked new version. They fixed the bugs, now love new version more than old. Can login easily, view usage, pay bill. Nice graphs on usage. Fast response.

Never tells me my bill and everytime I have to update it I have to create a new pin and won't even give me my usage chart going to delete and just check the site maybe I can get a little further with that

Awful, makes me create a pin every single time I log in. Now it won't even let me log in. So incredibly annoying. Fix this

3/22/17 update broke the app. Can't log in!

Have to reset password and pin # frequently, lost banking info randomly

What's the point of having an app if just takes me to the website

Decent app to show usage on graph, but does not update on the "my usage" page.

It keeps updating then I can never log in again it's rather annoying

It's crap. I should be able to login just like any other app without having to jump through hoops.

Can't see the bill online...very generic...it's no good

I used to be able to monitor my energy usage, and adapt my usage to later times. Now it doesn't tell me squat beyond last month, super fail APS! I have to go to website to get daily usage now. Dumb App now, totally worthless memory suck on my phone.

Good grief! Who wrote this app? Did they test it before releasing it? I established a PIN but there is NO opportunity to use it. I still have to enter a complete LOGIN. That makes me question the entire validity of the app. NOTE TO APS: This app is how you look to the world and right now you do not look very smart!!

It used to work, but as everyone else has said, I can only look at February's data and I can no longer compare my usage to those in my community. Can't wait for it to get fixed.

One step forward, two steps back... Lost my ability to see my solar output and all previous bills. App makes me creat a new pin each login.

Didn't tell me future data only last month and already got a bill to show me that I want to know what current readings are

Can't see current usage, only previous cycle. Have to go to website to see current data.

I like it, it saves phone time waiting for the automated menu options!

This app does not work. It will take me to the login page but after that it will not load. Fix the app so I can use it and give a better rating

Won't allow me to log in. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times still won't let me log in. For as much as I pay for power their app should work.

Can't login in, hey at least they are consistent, the app is just as much of a rip off as there prices!!!

The APS is working for me this time :-) I am glad that it was fixed, now It performs as advertised.

Works better now. Can actually log in!

It keeps telling me I can't log in and when I FINALLY do get logged in, it is super slow.

Now after update 6/25 app fails before you are even able to login. 6/29: Service Unavailable HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. Trying to login, skipping login all screens show error. 7/7/16 update, able to login, view usage...etc. created a pin twice, keeps asking, yet always have to login using username/password. Still has that issue will keep trying. Up to 2 stars for effort. 8/5 Seems to work now, but no way to view your bill! You see amount due, amount last paid but no link to view current bill or past bills still need to goto website. 11/4/16 "My Bill" show me where your bill is, there is no link, no view to your bill. Useless had to goto website.

Won't let me set up my account. it just keeps saying error accured try again later. Not off to a good start . How am I to trust anything about this app if I can't even sign up on it for the account to use it as a costumer

I was able to setup my account very easily, so that's a major thumbs up (hence more than the lowest rating of one). Problem is, when you go to login, the app crashes completely. I submitted the crash report to Google.
