Dont download this crap!!! Charge my card money but didnt give me and credits!! Total BS...worst app ever.

It's really buggy and only seems too work half the time. Sometimes it fails to check balances. It doesn't like some of my credit cards.

This app is way unnecessarily complicated. The password requirements are stricter than any online banking I've ever used and entering card information doesn't seem to always work. It's worth the hassle to get the half off token discount but I'm uninstalling it now that I've redeemed it.

The app worked fine a few months ago but now I can't even sign on and when I try to rest my password it keeps taking back to sign on screen so I can't even type in temp password. How am I suppose to see my cards info and get your deals!

I never received a code, so I contacted the developer. All I got was the auto reply message. It has been a week with no real response. So much for being contacted in 24-48hrs. This app should be removed. It's a complete waste of time

Constant errors...wont display balances. When trying to redeem offers, you get an error, but your credit card gets charged anyway! No support either....dont waste your time or momey with this app.

These people haven't the slightest clue to how to manage an app...even though this company is worth multiple hundreds of millions. Pathetic... This app glitches,refuses to show balance,etc. There are companies with a net worth of one thousandth of Dave and busters that do way better in creating an app. Pathetic...

DO NOT install this. Your credit card will get charged and you won't receive credits in return.

Separate login than rewards on site, cannot check rewards chip balance in app. Shows a rewards balance but what does it mean?

Had trouble loading my card on the app, then got credit card statement and it shows it charged me 4 times, and gave me NO credit on my play card!! VERY ANGRY!!!

Never worked and locked my credit for fraudulent charges because it tried to charge it so many times and failed. Beware

I've download this app multiple times. Can never sign up with activation code. Never get the actual activation code sent to my phone. Samsung Galaxy S5.

Can't reload card in Canada, and the various offers are not redeemable. Please make it fully compatible with Canada and this will be a 5-star app.

I bought a card and all of a sudden the app prompts an error with the server. Can't redeem the coupon. Lame.

I can't check the balance on my card, tickets or chips.

When using an offer the app crashed and did not add the balance to my power card. I called the support number, got forwarded to a voicemail where I left my name and number and did not get a call back the next week.

I can't log on. My password works on Web browser while logging in with email. I can't log on the app. The app asks for phone number instead of email for login. And of coarse I have my phone number attached to the same account. Need to fix login screen to ask for email.

Really disappointed. You push the app and then dont support use in Canada? Useless!

I dont understand why you cant fix what is onviously a terrible app that does nothing but makes people mad and steals your money, im surprised your company hasnt been sued yet. Dont download!

Tried logging in twice. Says info not correct and will lock out after 3 attempts. I wonder if look in info for website is different than app

Update: App still can only be used to check power card balances in Canada so the promos are useless. Canadian currency currently not supported. This is not rocket science...

It would be amazing it I could log in the app without it saying that my information is wrong. Fix it, and I'll give a better rating.

It's the best app you can use to get either lots of credits for Dave and busters for money or tickets to use to get prizes, free! Just to play THIS APP AND... OTHER GAMES MADE BY D@B on your phone. (now ain't that just cool!!!) :-) thank you for making this app. Me and my baby sister really appreciate it. Please, always keep improving like you always do!! :-)

When are we going to see a Email log in I stead of your phone number so we can get in and change our credential information I've been locked out for more than 2 weeks now and I'm getting sick and tired of waiting to log back In happening to have the app tell me that I'm lock due to failing to log in more than 3 times

Each week I get a notification that I've got a new offer (usually buy 10 get 10, or buy 20 get 20). Those offers make your game time increase a lot, which is great now that the game point values have all been gimped. Sadly, anytime I try to check my card, or charge it with an offer I get errors. Wish I could use the deals I'm offered

I have no problem in purchasing 10 for 10 or 20 for 20. The only problem I have with this app is, they trying to charged me multiple times. Yes, I was livid. Why are you trying to steal my money, when you're making tons of money already. All I did was called my bank and have them removed it. Just don't keep your card info in that app. I learned my lesson. If you're trying to contact them, best of luck. You won't.

I am the 100th person to complain about your app. Can't access my cards that show you how many tickets and reward i have. been doing this for like 2 weeks to fix this s***

Too many server errors. App is great when it works, which is not often. If you fix the server and connectivity problems, your app would be a 5 star app. You send offers but then i can't redeem because of server errors, very frustrating.

"flag" alert when trying to purchase a recharge...2 error messages warning me on my 3rd attempt my bank might view it as fraudulant and possibly cancel my card!! ...please correct before I delete this app altogether!

Can't redeem offers because you can't input card info. Don't waste your time until it gets fixed

This app is useless. Whenever i try to add a power card it says unknown server error. This thing is useless

poorly maintained application, gives unknown server error when trying to redeem offers. unless you just want to check your card balance this app is useless.

Bought $56 got error then a receipt saying it went through. Problem was fixed quickly and they even gave me a buy $20 get $20 free which was pretty cool.
