Have been using the mobile pay app since December and would not go back to anything else I've used before. The only problem I've run into is when bluetooth is active before I open the app it crashes, which is ironic considering the have a bluetooth POS. Could be due to being my tablet was connected to my phone or the app was looking for the reader but was very annoying.

terrible customer service very unprofessional they do not answer nor respond back to emails voicemails or phone calls. My account has been put on hold for over 2 weeks to review one single transaction and holding $3,000. terrible terrible terrible!

When I go to put total of transaction it changes amount. Should have a self employment option. Suggest as estimated fed tax to pay and income and mileage.

Service charges are exorbitant! $80 for W-2 form. Charged $26 in Nov. They billed me $29. Can't stay in business that way.

So excited when I got this and could finally start taking chip cards! Easy to setup and easy to use! Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Talk to a girl super nice promise me the world gave me nothing all of a sudden 3 months into having the service which at the time I thought was great they charge to my bank account an annual service fee didn't tell me as well as a missing signature fee they never requested and threw my bank account up side down with overdraft charges and said it was in your agreement ?this is the agreement that I never got this is the agreement that is signed through an email it said nothing about an annual fee being random
