אתר ארסיזון הוקם ע"י ניר ויניב סיון במרץ 2003, כיום הוא נחשב לאתר הגדול בארץ שבו תמצאו סיקורים מתחרויות בארץ ובעולם, פעילויות בארץ, סירטונים, תמונות ומידע טכני. לארסיזון פורום פורה עם מידע רב בתחום מכוניות השלט בארץ ובעולם ומונה למעלה מ-11 אלף משתמשים ומעל לחצי מיליון פוסטים.

-יוסי סיון בעל חברת ארסיזון עם ניסיון של יותר מ-30 שנה בתחום השלט רחוק בארץ.

-יניב סיון בנו 10 פעמים אלוף ישראל במכוניות בשלט רחוק, נציג IFMAR ( ההתאחדות העולמית למכוניות בשלט רחוק ) בארץ ואלוף בלוק FAMAR 2009-2010 .השתתף ויצג את מדינת ישראל ב-3 אליפויות עולם ובמירוצים בינלאומים.
