This application allows the users to choose sound profile preferences for selected numbers.

The user may keep the phone in silent mode but still wants to make exception for certain emergency numbers. Alternately the user may want to block or turn the phone silent for certain calls without changing the overall sound profile settings for the phone. This application meets this need of the users by allowing the users to set the sound profiles for selected numbers. The user can directly enter the number through the application screen. Alternately the user can select any number from the contact list. The application allows the user to select numbers from contact logs as well.

In case the user is not sure of the number to be added, he/she can leverage wild card ' * ' at the end or beginning of the number. For example the number ' *456* ' will match the number '123456789'.
