I paid $19.99 for a month of service on January 1, 2016. Nothing was unlocked or made available after my payment, it still continues to ask me to pay again. I have a receipt documenting my payment so I know it went through. I've already tried logging out and back in. I emailed the support email address twice, have received no response either time. Do not waste your money on this service, it will get you nothing. Deserves zero stars for taking money with nothing in return.
