Dividend Income Forecaster

If you have ever looked for a simple spreadsheet or just a template to help kick off your dividend income plan, it doesn't get much easier than this. I have included both a spreadsheet and a pdf of which are both samples of what you can expect from your purchasing power in the form of monthly income.
The Excel spreadsheet will allow you to tweak the forecaster any way you need to and give you great ideas of what it will cost to purchase each share, what is the dividend per share, and what are your monthly and annual returns.
I hope this helps many people as I could've used this long ago for helping others with their finances.
