About the founder:

After years of being a chef Peter was lucky enough to get into university. Although it dramatically changed his life and career it also let to a slow path to weight gain as part of a sedentary lifestyle.

At 32 Peter found himself fat, lazy and on his way to weight related illness. Enough was enough and luckily the documentary, "Fat, sick and nearly dead" showed up at the perfect time.

To cut a long story short Peter did a juice fast and moved to a mainly wholefoods plant based diet. He has lost around 25 pounds and counting and has been inspired to create this community with skills from his day job.

Peter believes community is the best way to overcome the challenges of addictive eating and drinking. The best way to start is with a Juice fast.
