I have a 1 week old and played the Brahms lullaby for him and after 2 minutes of it playing he fell right asleep, I turned it off after ten minutes total and he's still asleep a half hour later

The best app ever I use it when my baby is asleep and me and hubby have to come in room and make a noise so this app make a great background so he doesnt wake up when we make a noise

Simple but effective

I have found the white noise app to be a must with all of my babies from time to time. One of my babies always had to have white noise to sleep but with the others there are times when there's just too much background noise that they aren't used to and they can't go to sleep. Those are the times the white noise app on my phone has been in valuable! And for me, the ability to play white noise in the background while using other apps is a must in any white noise app I use. This one is my favorite.

We were trying to stop my niece from crying and stumbled on this app as we were searching for ways. The first time I played the vacuum cleaner sound she fell asleep within a couple of minutes! Only drawback would be the transition gap you can feel every 20 sec when u put the same sound in loop.

Ever since my wife and i got system upgrades to lollipop, it randomly shuts off. Before the phone update it worked great. Baby had colic, hair dryer sounds was the only thing that calmed him. .. life saver for new parents.

Easy to use. I like how you can alter the length of time it plays for and all other phone noses can be de activated. The app can be sound activated so no need to go in to the room if the sound resettles baby. Plenty of sounds to try out.

I love that i could record me "shhhing" over my grandsons favorite lullaby. I did it when he was an infant he is now 2 years old and it still keeps some sleep through the night

Even I have started loving it for sleeping. EDIT: "Continuous play" is no longer continuous. It breaks hard and restarts. Wish it would fade into turn around.

This app never fails to settle my little boy. All I have to do is play the vaccum sound when he cries and within seconds he calms down and relaxes. Highly recommend for all mums.

I've used this app for years and loved it before the more recent updates. The playback used to be seamless and you couldn't tell where one loop ended and the next loop began. Now, every 10 seconds you can hear the first loop end, pause, and the new loop begin. It is the opposite of relaxing. Needs to be fixed.

Amazing app that has helped calm newborn baby to sleep while nursing. Love that you can play continuously or set a running time, works perfectly. I can also use it while multitasking on my phone. Definitely a must have for sleepy moms!!!

My baby will ONLY fall asleep & stay asleep with this app on the hairdryer setting. However, the app shuts off randomly during use which sometimes wakes the baby. I'd give this app six stars if it weren't for that glitch! The sound selection is awesome and this is one of the only white noise apps I've found that provides a timer and an option to run continuously.

My son is 16 months old and I've always used this app with him, he had colic when he was new and cried 24/7, I happened across this app and downloaded it and he finally would sleep, I used the heartbeat first,than the washing machine... when he.was still a newborn he reacted to these best, now I've been using ocean waves for nearly a year and it helps him relax within ten mins he's usually out... Randomly shuts off when I try and do anything else with my phone. Sometimes it just shuts off for no reason, even if I have it set to play continuously. Of course when it does, it wakes my baby up due to the abrupt stopping of the white noise. Though when it does work (and it used too very well) he loves the ocean. I'm not sure if it was an update, but please fix!!!

Randomly shuts off with wifi on or off. Love the sounds but when it stops at 3 am that wakes my daughter up. Go figure lol otherwise love the app.

Couldn't live without this app when my little one was a few months old! Will download again if I have another little peanut

No system issues with my download. We have used this since birth and the white noise setting always calms my now 3 month old down.

Really good app, maybe few more sounds could be added. Been using this for my son for 2 1/2 yrs now and it very very rarely fails to get him to sleep. Love this app.

So my puppy hates sleeping in her crate, she will cry and bark all night. So it was recommended to mimic a heartbeat with a clock to soothe her (seeing as she was used to sleeping with mom and the litter)...but this works 10 times better. It's only been 2 nights of use and so far so good!

I used it a couple nights baby slept great! Stopped using it for 3 days figured it couldn't be making a difference she was up all night and I was a zombie...put it back on slept great again! Plus it plays all night long while phone is charging and still stays on when the screen turns off! Love love love thank you so much..oh and I only use ocean waves.

Our photographer suggested this app when she used it on my daughter and I thought she was a magician. I use it when we change her diaper and it sure keeps her calm!

This little device does just what it is supposed to do. It will relax our son instantly then it's lights out. Would highly recommend this product.
