ARP’s owner and principle broker David Berne founded Bald Head Island Real Estate Sales in 1998 and quickly grew that company into the most successful independent real estate firm ever to conduct business on Bald Head Island. Cape Fear Coast Real Estate was opened as a sister company to BHIRES in 2004, operating from small offices in eastern Oak Island. Cape Fear Coast quickly built a reputation for unsurpassed market knowledge and customer service throughout Oak Island, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes and numerous communities in southeastern Brunswick County.
