Tiny Fax - Send Fax from Phone for Android
Works perfectly if you also get Tiny Scanner, (totally worth paying for the Pro version.) Makes any corrections you've made to the documents totally disappear. Never had a fax fail, largest I've done 16 pages. Cheaper than going to Kinko's or whatever it's called now. Only thing I wish it had was some kind of confirmation number for a sent fax for record keeping.
Takes up to 10-15 minutes for documents to be recieved. Good for when ypu have time to confirm receipt with sender. Convienent for sending simple items and not more than a few pages at a time. I downloaded due to sending work documents once a week, does the job but in my opinion it is expensive compared to some websites that are scan and fax. Will continue to use but only occasionally.
Just downloaded this app and since I purchased credits I cant get it to load a full document. I have 2 separate documents I need to fax but neither of them will load. They did before I purchased credits... Just saying.... It's a bit odd. If I could get some assistance with fixing this, today preferably, I would change to a 5 star no problem
So annoyed with this app. NO REFUNDS FOR AN APP THAT DOESNT WORK! I paid for credits to be able to fax documents. After I tried faxing over 10 times and the app always saying failed I ended up having to go to a local store.
It's ok. It doesn't give you an option yo take multiple pictures and send them at once. Also, it doesn't let you know how much a fax is until you are ready to send it. I had to buy the credits first and later find out it wasn't enough. When buying credits it should tell you how many pages this will yield to get an understanding of how much this will cost. It works and beat a trip to the store but it costs the same as going to the store.
The app transfers your typed info into a form with typos. It gives the sender less than a professional opinion of your work. When you toggle between the information screen and the document to be sent there are noticeable changes such as added letters and dividing a word over two lines that isn't evident in the editable screen.
Each page cost $0.25. $0.25 to fax a page is absurd. I bought fifty credits thinking that was 50 pages and then learned that only represented five pages. I find it very gimmicky that one credit does not represent one page. Also it is not a smooth process to fax several pages. I never did figure out how to fax several Pages at one time. Maybe I was too angry when I realized it was costing me $0.25 a page.
Inexpensive compared to paying at a physical location. Works well under Wi-Fi and only fails when the photo isn't centered. When using cellular data and no Wi-Fi it will not send faxes at all and fails. Hasn't charged me for failed faxes, but the 3 stars is due to the fact that it will only work on Wi-Fi and there's no explanations or walk-through.
It saved the day!! Don't have to drive miles looking for office depot to go and fax. Done right here in my living room. Saved gas fuel too!
The PDF that I moved to be faxed was just a jumbled mess. Using my camera looked very unprofessional. I downloaded a different app and in a few minutes my faces were sent and received. No refunds
It appears to do what it should. But would love to get a confirmation page at least. Feels a little like your sending your fax to nowhere and you've got no leg to stand on if the other party claims they didn't receive it. Hope future updates might add a feature like this.
This app never works. The fax always comes back as failed. But when I take it to Office Depot, the fax just fine so it's not the numbers.
Just so handy when I have to send a page or two and I'm not near a fax machine...and I don't have to pay a buck a page! I don't have to use it very often but when it comes in handy it saves me a lot of time and extra running around. A little slow to transmit, but worth it for convenience!
Revising my first edit 24 hours ago. The app worked but I had trouble with PDFs and had to reformat the document I was trying to fax. once I figured everything out it worked but documentation needs to be better especially for a first time user
No confirmation number for sent faxes. The cost to send is ridiculous, I might as well have driven to the local store to do it for cheaper, gas included. It is convenient though. Be careful buying credits. Bought credits but they didn't appear until I restarted the app. I was close to reporting it as fraudulent.
It acts like you haven't purchased your credits. It says zero on one page after you buy them. Refresh before buying more... doesn't seem accidental..
It was a little misleading as it is not free to send faxes from your phone. You must buy "credits" however they were fairly cheap so not to big of a problem. It is very simple. I was glad to have it!
Ads ads ADS You can't even type in the phone number without 5 different pop up ads raping your screen. I would have been fine paying to use it but with that many ads I'm sure my cc # isn't safe
There is a glitch when you try to great a cover page with android. You can see what you are in putting. Very unhelpful. But the fax went through so I guess it's just ok.
This makes faxing very easy without needing a landline or making a trip to kinkos. This app takes less time to send mutipage scans via camera phone than fighting with an actual scanner and email attachments.
Need to put a cancel button so that it will be easy to cancel if fax number is wrong. Also it's kind of a little bit slow even if I'm using Galaxy S8+. The rate also of each page per fax is 10 credit is kind of pricey. Edit: additional...got an 2x error, failed of sending 2 files & spend 20points in my account! Fix it!
I have the new Galaxy Note 8. I needed to fill out an important document with my signature on it. I do not have a personal fax machine, but with the features on my phone, in conjunction with this VERY useful app, I was able to complete my task. No need to drive around looking for a business to do this for me. The USI could use some slight improvements, but overall this app is a winner and will be added to my home page on my phone! Thanks!!!
Best one. Bought 50 credits for dollar.... faxes was there after it said sent. Pdf was having problems opening up and displaying preview but after pushing back and opening up few times it showed up right. Even tho it doesn't show correctly it will send correctly
I tried to fax several times even paid for faxing and always comes up sending tax which last for days or tax failed. Would like my money back.
Easy to use and fair prices. Its only annoying when you don't have everything ready (like not having enough credits at the end right before faxing and then needing to purchase) that it kicks you out of the whole process and you have to redo everything.
After spending over an hour trying to make this work, I have to say that I have never been more frustrated with or hated any app more than this one. Apparently it works for most people and I hope you have better luck with it than I did.
I have been missing $10 worth of credits since I switched phones. I rely on those credits and have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. All of my email information is correct. Still showing i have 0 credits! Please help with this issue.
The fax I sent one day early, got a confirmation that it was successful and the next day I found out that the other office never got it. FAILED! Got a different app instead and they received it immediately.
A little pricey it cost me about $3 to send 4 pages. Also a little slow. However it got my fax sent! Pretty cool app!
After some trial and error I got the hang of it. No tutorial guide for those who aren't tech savvy like myself, so play around with the local storage section to find your document to fax. Buying credits was easy. $2.49 for 50credits. 10 credits per fax. Not bad! All from my home office. No traffic, driving, or annoying Fed Ex store
I had a few glitches, such as missing photos, poor image processing and non obvious batch mode access. Also, easily adding points at the send point when I realized I didn't have enough could have been easier. It did get the job done. I think!
Uses a tiny scan PDF or you can take a photo of a doc and send it via fax. Works well very handy to have. Don't need to own an old desktop machine to fax.
I like this app. Needs to have a comment section on fax cover sheet. Some of the functionality is tiresome. It doesnt automatically tab from one pane to the next to fill out "To" and "From" info. I had to keep tabbing back to fill out the whole from section. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Would be great if it saved a copy of fax, including cover page and sent receipt, for documentation purposes. Would also be nice to get a free fax to start/ try out.
Fax never went through. When told they gave me more credits for an app that's obviously crap.
It worked well for me. Sent fax without issue. I am wondering if my credits will transfer to another phone?
Was confused at first! Middle circle is how u add document to fax. Should come with instructions. However, gets job done. Pretty reasonable! Saves me a trip. Took about 3 minutes.
I think this app is seriously flawed, wouldn't even open main menu for me. Developers, get to work.
EZ. A bit costly per fax page. Developers bank account probably looks pretty nice. But overall I'll use it when I need to fax something urgently.
I had trouble with it going to Dropbox instead of Google Drive. It would also be very helpful if it read Contacts rather than having to enter number manually.

I was in a jam and needed to get a medical release faxed emeditly....on a whim looked for a fax app..and sure enough found many. This app is very simple to use, and worked exactly as it was supposed to. Very pleased, and well worth the few dollars the credits cost. It would have cost me more in gas to drive someplace to use a fax,,or even to deliver the document in person...love it!! Will be using again
