Runs without permission and crashes. Without being told to run in the first place, I constantly get a message: "Unfortunately Photo Blur has stopped working." I've had the app about a year, and this issue has never been resolved. Annoying. I only kept it because it worked decently for blurring pictures, but I've only had that need a couple of times in the past year. Uninstalling this.
