App is not properly created and tested. If you chose variable contribution then it asks you to enter contribution of each member but it does not show fields to enter the values. You first have to get the value by calculating same contribution and then you see fields. Select variable contribution and then change each member contribution. There should be lot more fancy features... let me know if I can help with requirements.
