About Frequency Pro

*Featured on LifeHacker and XDA Developers*

Frequency: the newest and best-looking way to see what apps you use, how much you use them, and when you use them. See what apps you never use and uninstall them right from the app!

The Pro version includes:
✓ The background app-tracking process can start at boot instead of needing to start the app once your phone first boots up
✓ Change the app-tracking accuracy. By default, Frequency tracks your app usage every 30 seconds, but this can be raised or lowered. The more accurate you set the app usage accuracy, the more battery consumption the app uses

Along with the rest of the Frequency features:
✓ Holo Card UI design
✓ View all apps you have used in the timeframe, or all apps you have installed in the timeframe
✓ Show the amount of time you have used your apps Today, Last Week, Last Month, Last 3 Months, or All Time
✓ No-Show list for app usage that you don't want to show

★Frequency Pro has peaked at:★
• All apps → #37 in Top New Paid Apps
• Tools category → #2 in Top New Paid Apps
• Tools category → #16 in Top New Free Apps (Free version)

It only shows a few of the applications. Apparently it has no access to many of the default applications. For example Factory Test and Context Service. Also, it does not remember to show all applications. Maybe that's intentional, maybe they don't want you to know about all the applications it does not keep track of. In other words... It is an unsophisticated program, probably written by somebody who knows little about programming.

Since the Lollipop update, this app is not compatible with my phone (LG G2). It's strange because the free version is still available. Do something about it; some apps are already updating to be compatible with Marshmallow and you still have problems with Lollipop...

Waste of £$€¥

Great app, but takes a VERY long time to process it's activity log when it starts up. Other than that, pretty much works as advertised. If you're getting inaccurate results, turn up the update frequency, but be careful you don't set it too high or you'll impact your battery life.

It says that I've listened to podcast for just 21 minutes in a week, when I listen to it for half an hour every day... All statistics are wrong and I want my money back. Don't buy the Pro version, it's useless

This app doesn't appear to know what it's doing. Today it indicates I've been on You Tube for 20 minutes. Trouble is I haven't been on YouTube today. I've been concerned about the accuracy of this app ever since I installed it on my Galaxy Note 2. I honestly don't think it can be trusted.

If there if an option to sort the list from lowest usage back to highest usage, then it would be very good. I need this app only because I want to monitor which app I DIDN'T use, but there is no such option to sort the result from lowest to highest usage, hope this option could be added.

Can be quite slow at times but does the job I guess

Working good for me

After identifying the apps I use the most and those I use the least (which Frequency did very well), and uninstalling certain apps as a result, I'm at a loss as to what to use this app for next. When you couple that with coming across 'Hangar' recently, which does everything Frequency does but uses the information to create a dynamic list of apps on your home screen based on usage for easy access, my reasons for uninstalling Frequency become glaringly obvious.

Would give 5 stars if launch counter, report export and custom filters features are available

Settings > Accessibility > Font Size > Large causes some display problems on my Galaxy Tab 3 8".

Good idea, would like to see a launch counter as well, rather than just a timer. GUI needs a bit of fine tuning (font size in top menus). Keep up the good work.

Nice UI but quite slow to load everything

Time analyzing is the game. Although there's a key problem I'm having when I try to analyze. Which is anytime my phone reboots, turns off, or dies off the data accommodate of my app habits is lost. Now i work sometimes off the office and my phone can't last me all day outside so i would really like that there where a setting which let me to keep accumulating all the data for the sole purpose of finding useless apps i don't use in months, start cutting down bad habits like Reddit, Tumbler, YouTube etc.

Crashes when adding items to no view list won't remove when add to no view list Some icons displayed incorrect Great idea though

I'm never sure what to uninstall from my phone. This app validates it for me. No second-guessing again! :-)

T70%

This app really helps me keep tabs on the apps I use the most, as well as the apps that I waste too much time on. I've reorganized my home screen based in the apps I use the most!
