iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping

After being cheated out of pay by one unscrupulous shopping company (who have an online footprint of total disgrace as far as reputation, i have recently discovered), and making what appears to be a mistake by voicing my complaint when asked "how's it going?"....im beginning to suspect I may be banned from viewing jobs on this app. I havent seen any in about a week. Lol If this is indeed the case, then this needs to go out as a warning to others. Addendum 7/17: I was in touch with a representative from ISS, and they informed me that I had been banned from a Mystery Shopping Provider, but would not tell me which one. Because of this, I am banned from the app altogether. This has caused me little to no problems, as I simply use a different app, and whatever provider, probably MSS (see above) had "banned" me....well, there has been no evidence of that at all to this day. I guess they just don't want certain people using their app, which is fine by me. I get my paper from several sources, and if one is down, I just go to another.

Great way to locate mystery shopping assignments in any location. Also provides a way to complete reports from a mobile device. Very user friendly!

I downloaded several secret shop apps and this one just didn't work out. I tried. But the jobs pay less than other apps, and it's difficult to get ones with decent pay. I ended up with a score of negative 42. Anyway, there are better secret shopper apps out there with much better pay. Other apps are also flexible in payments, willing to pay more and give bonuses if u ask. This one just gave me a flat 'NO' when I asked if reimbursement could be added. Even the way the app is designed isn't great. It was a disapointment at best. But try gigspot, and gigwalk. They both pay you quickly and are easy to follow.

The sign up site did not even work, The drop down menus did not display anything for country and birthdate. Thinking about it, why would anyone need exact birthday for secret shopping? Birth year would be sufficient to match up to shopper profile. Have a sinking feeling this is a scam fishing for personal data. Shopper beware!

I used to love this app! I did many shops and got paid with no issues. In the past month, I have lost a lot of shops because I have not been able to login into the site (which im sure has trashed my score) I'd love to get back on there but i have not heard back from support about this issue! Frustrating because I have shops scheduled soon.

This was a COMPLETE DISAPPOINT OF A APP. I did a review of a EXTREMELY RACIST STORE and when I wrote the review..they said they did not believe I went to the store and then had me blocked completely on this site. I NEVER GOT PLAYED I NEVER WAS TOLD THAT I CAN'T REVIEW FOR THEM This company is a joke. This app should be banned!!!!!

This started slow in terms of available jobs but has been improving eachbof the last two weeks.

I Did 3 shops had upload program issues and missed the dead lines with all of them even had issues with my profile questions. No money yet have been a mystery shopper for 5 yrs. Differnt company's but I moved out west never had issues with them. But Then came back east cost. Hope they get bugs fixed. Even lost the program because of microsoft windows 10 issues and my phone got stolen too so starting over once again.

To register you need PayPal? Screw PayPal! Make more options instead force feeding people that pathetic company PayPal

I have done a few shops , easy approval and never had problems receiving payment through my paypal.

I have done 6-7 jobs and I am still waiting on payment. One job I completed 36 days ago and no payment.

I did a shop that I was suppose to be rewarded $14 never seen the money.

App is a bit glitchy; it's too easy to cancel a shop...there needs to be a pop up that asks "are you sure?" My dog jumped on my phone and I lost a shop. I'd also recommend a reschedule button for those days that you just can't get one done.

I only have one offer but when I went under the web and phone shops there's nothing available there are no other offers except for the one. Good concept tho...

It's ok I have only done one shop. Still haven't been paid and it's been since December 1. None of the shops are updating. It's been the same thing since I signed up. You can't do shops if you've done them in the last 60 days. So this is really pointless. I mean I'm only getting the same shops on my list. I just did a different shop. I can't do the one I did in december. I'm always having the same shops on my list nothing really new.. But yes I got paid. Thank you waiting to get paid again. Just wish I had more options then 3

This app makes mystery shopping a breeze. I can finish most of my report in the field and I have very little to do when I get home.

There's nothing ever available. It's a waste of time.

This is a great program. I am usually able to find something to mystery shop. I haven't had any problem getting paid. I agree that there should be an auto save so that when it locks up or crashes you don't loose all your work.

So far I've done 6 shops in 3 months and I've made over $200. I can verify this is a legitimate service, I have recruited my sister as well. She has done multiple shops as well and has made some extra gas money.

I did 2 shops but status says not paid.im not sure if i should do another. Should be time frame for payment

Often can't upload from it. Should have an auto save feature so you don't lose your work if you get interrupted before a save

It won't let me cancel or reschedule my shops I have been trying for like 2 days....

Can't get past registration. Won't accept date format that is auto filling and i can't change it.

Super cool new app! I love the new avatar option and alerts of shops that are near me when I am shopping. How much easier could it be!

The app itself is a clean, easy to use interface, but sometimes the photo uploading is frustrating. It's so far my sole negative. The shopping service providers I have done audits for have been cool. First two shops paid in about a month, but I was slow to submit some documents. My email questions have been answered in a reasonable timeframe, and resolved. It is a good way to supplement income. I'm looking forward to making more easy money.

I was looking forward to using this, so I started with an easy job to get used to the app. Neither the app nor the website would work for me. I completed the job, but it would not accept the answers and finalize. I unassigned the job and ended up with a negative score. Not a satisfactory experience.

The first month I had it, there were 6 or 7 shops that popped up available. After I did 2 there hasn't been another one since. Plus it takes months to pay you.

I love this app. It makes completing and submitting shops quick and easy. The only thing I would like to have would be the ability to see the status of shops that have been submitted for review. Currently I have to log into the full site to see of my shops are in review.

I can't even register on this application I tried but it won't keep the birth date and every time you try to register it says You must be 18 so what good is the app if you can't register? I hope you fix this so people can use your app.

If you schedule then unschedule it gives you negative points even though you unassigned it!! They don't pay for toll and if you go to a location and it's closed they don't pay. They need to do there research before hand to make sure things like this don't happen. A few kinks need to be worked out address are wrong so be careful. It can be good, but they need to do better.

When I hit the registration button it flashs but stays on that screen. I've checked to make sure I have everything filled out but still nothing.

I have been using this app for months and I have seen great improvements since. This is the only app I know of where I can see shops, accept assignment of a shop, and complete a shop. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
