I could not even update my school because i have been using it last year as a primary 6, and when my secondary school ask me to install snac, the system only remember my primary school

The app does not update automatically. I need to uninstall n then reinstall it.

Why cant tegister without make and manage phone call..

The system is not able to handle mass logins though it is supposedly designed to serve schools.

Have to login everytime if both parents are using it. Therefore, the notification doesn't prompt.

Why do you need to access my contacts and photo to register?

receive all notifications. just that whenever after i read the unread badge on the apps will reappear. i have to login and exit again to solve this. can you please fix this?

Not bad but passwords (athentication codes) shouldn't be so accessible. At most allow for password reset function. Security is compromised

It doesn't pop up any notification when new messages are out. I have to manually check myself by logging in. Pls rectify.

A required apps by school but doesn't work properly. No way to contact dev. directly from apps

You have not answer the other user's question. Why is there a need to access photo, media, files and contacts? It is totally unnecessary.

Takes time to load but easy to use.It saves paper too.

Wrong email format? What format?

New upgrade requires the app to manage phone and access personal photos/media. This is just a push notification. There is no function for the user to post pictures and therefore the requirement to access users personal pictures/videos/phone is redundant. The app cannot work if we do not accept these and this is unacceptable. I've also sent a feedback to the school.

I typed my daughter IC number and it says Not on database . May i know why ? And can it be fixed ?

It worked when i installed it last year. When i tried to use it again this year, it refuses to login. Customer service is lousy. Only thing they asked was to check my internet strength.

Strange.. I used to use this app to access my boy's school circulars... now i can't login. And when i asked to resend password, it's said 'email invalid'.. i tried re- register and it said invalid nric.. :(

Lousy APP, can't even register and request for an authentication code.I was stuck at the request e-mail address when ask to. Always appear " Invalid email format" even when I create a new e-mail address. Been trying for a month still can't register.. Anyone can help? Aiyoh if not for my boy, I just don't feel like wasting my time..

Always connection timeout. If not for my child's school which is using this, I won't bother to install in the first place!

The app is quite easy to use, but I will not download the latest version. The need to save/edit application and configuration files on my device, so that the latest version app work, is not compelling reason for SNAC to have access to my personal files. Why is the older version able to work without this access, but the latest can't maintain the same privacy for users?

Can't even pass by the log in page...already reinstall 3 times. Email customer service but don't get back to you soon. Now the school do the even sent letter because they expect everyone to be able to use this app with success. Please assist me with my current problem.

The font in the application is not legible as the sizing is not constant and 0 looks like o.
