Couch to 5k & 10k is based on the prestigious fitness program C25K (couch to 5k) especially designed so that anyone can achieve their goal although he has not run in years (if ever!). Overall a good app, could do with the option to manually add information to sessions, as sometimes I ran on the treadmill and this didn't register. Also longer sessions as even in week 9, I only covered just under 4km. Don't like all the adverts in the updated version.
Great way to train for a.10k. Easy to use.
Would be better if I could skip to where I am. Downloaded this to help improve my 5k times as I still walk alot but this app locks every session so I cant skip to where I am
Paid for 10k program and deleted app a min later. Avoid!
I like to use this app while running. It helps me to adjust my training time. Hope to run 5 k soon!

Works well, but would like an option to disable GPS. Since a recent update it doesn't work without GPS turned on which is a pain on a treadmill
