Automatic Call Recorder

Records very well on S7 with Nougat. Have used Galaxy Call Recorder prior but it has stopped recording the other party's voice with new Android update. What I do miss about Galaxy Call Recorder though, is the ability to manage the recorded files from the notification bar rather than ACR's pop-up window. It's nice to be able to play / delete / save the files at a later time straight from the notification bar as I often can't interact with the pop-up window after a call if I'm driving etc. This means I end up having files that I don't particularly want to keep.

Same with Nougat update:After the Marshmallow update, this app doesn't stay always on as it used to and so, it is not recording calls automatically as it used to. Before the update it was working all fine... I was it has something to do with App optimization that comes along in Marshmallow. But even after doing whatever they asked me to do, It still doesnt stay on. Please work on this so that I can change the ratings. I loved this app so much that I installed in all my friends and family members phones, but now it stopped working in my phone. Mine is Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) with Marshmallow (6.0.1) and the App version now is 5.20. Please advise.

This app really worked so well with my LG G3 but it's playing funny with my Galaxy S3 Pro. However, it has saved me from a lot of troubles and lies people said about conversations I had with them. Later, when I pulled the recorded voices they couldn't say a word. They were totally shocked. It has really done good to me and I rate it 5 stars. Although they have to work on it to be compatible with most of the devices. Great app!!!!

Dear developers u have made a wonder app and my life has become very convenient. I am facing some issues though. I have some files of 2016 but I am unable to play any of them and I direly require them. Only the files are there but they are not playing. From 2017 I have all the recordings intact and also linked my cloud account with the app. I need your help to retrieve my old data at any cost. Pls help.

I use this all the time to record phone calls. It works great on my old LG Nitro, my current Samsung S6 Active but not my previous ZTE ZMax2 (would only pick up my side of conversation). I would like to know why it wouldn't work, hardware/software? Any ideas?

I love that it records voices clearly. I love that you are given the option of deleting or saving the call immediately after the call ends. I don't like that the ability to share the call is there, but the file is too large to actually send it without downloading it to Dropbox, or other, first. I would like to arrange calls into categories for better organization and for finding calls more easily.

Had it for a year, hasn't let me down yet. records every call, you can save calls, however just a tip, when dealing with debt collectors it doesn't work. You will HAVE to put your end of the call on speaker phone in order to record there side. Also doesn't work if you are using your wireless bluetooth. Overall, great app. An i appreciate it.

I love it. I have had some conversations (business & personal) where I remembered afterwards I had installed this app and it automatically recorded them. It was nice to be able to correct ... well, let me put it bluntly... i was able to put some liars in their place and I also was able to prove the truth of what I said or what was previously agreed on. They had no recourse or way out through manipulation or b.s. Every one of those people couldn't say a word. Too bad it didn't video also so I could see their expressions or at least a rating on how red their faces got when THEY WERE BUSTED!!! LMAO!!!

Hi. I started using this app on my new Samsung galaxy S8+. The recorder doesn't work properly and when I use my phone through Bluetooth in my car it only records my voice and not the person I'm talking to. Also the quality of the voice is not good. I was using this app on my Galaxy Note 4 and I had no issue. I removed the app and installed it again but still doesn't work. Please fix this and I will give five star again. Thanks.

I've been using this app for 2 years on my Samsung. I recently upgraded to an iPhone plus. I can't find it anywhere on there app store. All the ones they have charge per minute & don't automatically work when you answer or make a call from your phone. I need this app on my iPhone. Is there any way of doing that?

It stated that it was compatible with my Huawei Ascend Mate 2. After 5 phone calls and after trying all configuration settings, it proved to only record my voice - not the person on the other end of the call. Very disappointing. I was planning to pay for the Pro version - had it worked.

Not able to use it with my Jio network. Please help me how can I solve this issue as the call there connected is by internet data. Is there the function available to record data calls please let me know,and if not I would appreciate if the app is updated accordingly. Thank You

Overall great app. Records calls reliably and backs up to Google Drive automatically. I did have one issue in the past. Sound quality has issues on certain versions of Android. When I was on v6 my speakers would become scratchy after any call was recorded and wouldn't fix until I reset my phone. This issue disappeared after I upgraded to Android 7.

I can't record any call from my Jio number by this app. Will you please guide me how to record data calls by this app. I think now most of the users and telecom companies providing data call services. You have to update this according to that.. Please solve my query if that feature already available with this application.

The app is good but I have some bugs with my phone. It records a call and after I finish it keeps recording .. it recorded a call that I didn't even get an answer for it for 2 hours and 30 mins until I figured out that it was recording on my own. Hope this bug to be fixed ASAP.

This is worst app I have ever come across. You can hear yourself very clear and can't hear the other party at all. This is a trick to get you to download the PRO VERSION. How smart is that?? Your getting a PRO bad review from numerous individuals. SAD.

Best app of its kind I've ever found. I've tried dozens. It does exactly what it should. The features are mostly automated. It's just very well done. My only gripe, per se, is $6.99 is a pretty steep price for an app with such a narrow field of function. That said, it IS the best of its type so maybe it's worth it...

When I was using a Samsung S4 this app was awesome n perfect. I changed to a tecno phantom 6plus but it's not working as awesome as it used to on my Samsung. It doesn't record all calls, checked d setting and it's all fine but it doesn't record all calls. I have to open the app before it does. Can this be fixed Pls so u can continue to enjoy d app. Tnx

I connected to my Bluetooth Earphone it was recording but when play back listen there is no record my voice at all but record my friend voice only. I hope this app can make it both side can get record not only one side. Pls fix it bluetooth headset recording problem. TQ. On top is my previous issue but after new updater the bug already solve the problem and now this app help me a lot. Thanks.

I love love love this app! I am a Real Estate Sales Representative and this app comes in super handy when I'm on the go taking calls from other agents​ or the public and I don't have a pen to jot down a name or when I'm trying to remember who said or asked what I can go back to the recording and relisten to our conversation. Important ones can be saved!

This app worked flawlessly with my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus however I have switched to a Nexus 6p and now it doesn't work at all. The recordings are all staticky and you can make out what the words are. I originally rated it 5 stars but now have upgraded my review to 1 for the developers negligence in updating the this app to work with the latest version of Android.

THIRD TIMES THE CHARM. I quit you automatic call recorder. UNINSTALLED :) Have reinstalled twice. Not working. It Appears to record, but does nothing. And WHY does the develops want access to photos and contacts? If the app is to record a call, that's straightforward and needs nothing else. Get it together guys.

Audio quality is too bad. Please try to increase the audio quality of this app. Needs much more improvements in audio call recording quality. What is the format of audio files recording. Kindly add user selectable audio format option in this app. This app is very good. And it needs major improvements. I noticed the main drawback of the app. That is the poor audio quality. While recording it record too much noises. That irritating our call recording experience. And another is the in call noise. I like the app. But needs improvements. I expecting you will fix these problems in next update. If you fix this problems i will buy this apps pro version. Yours faithfully.

It is much better now. I used to have issues on not hearing my old recordings but now I hear all my saved calls (from last year) loud and clear on both ends!

I have been using this app for months and I highly recommend it to anyone. Especially if you mix with a lot of dishonest people who try to lie or dealing with businesses not fulfilling their promises. Always good quality recordings and useful if I've been given an address or number that I've forgotten. Saves the embarrassment of calling them back!

Works!! I tried a dozen other apps that would not work. This one records loud and well "both sides of conversation" and doesn't have to be on speaker phone yo do it! Ability to save recorded files to SD Card as well. I'm using a Galaxy S5 phone in a Otterbox Waterproof Case. A+ to Developer!!

This appt doesn't work! It doesn't record anything! I can't tell how many phone calls I thought were recorded if my young child that have gone NOT recorded! Nothing is saved every time I have a new recording it says zero seconds recorded! WTF??? This is a waste! Uninstall! Bad Appt!

I absolutely loved this app up until my galaxy s6 active had it's latest system update this last weekend. Now, it has stopped recording calls. I hope they are able to get this working again because I didn't realize how much I relied on this app until I couldn't use it anymore.

I've updated my review as I have to say how well this app works. I've used it now on my S5, S6 and S7 and now the only small issue I have, is that I find the audio is much louder from the caller compared to the receiver. Apart from that it's a fabulous app and my previous issues have been resolved. Thank you. Old Review: Never lets me down on my S4. However it does not record calls when the phone is connected to my car's hands free via bluetooth. Why is this when the call still has to go through my phone. Is this a bug? Would be nice if this could be resolved.

Was actually working fine on my new Samsung Galaxy S8 plus. Installed a memory card to put my photos on and now it doesnt record. Just creates 44kb blank files in the folder. Can't change the directory as that part is badly designed. Was so pleased and now am so disappointed. Badly needs more work this app. As do all in the call recording area really.

Is there a (best practice) setting for recording on Bluetooth? Tried all, but currently on "mic" and saved as a .wav file... But the Bluetooth (which is set to record) will only record my voice and not the other party. Kinda useless if I can't record both parties.

This was a fantastic app until the Nougat update went through on my Samsung 7 Edge. Now it is only recording my side of the conversation. Obviously the Nougat update broke something. If you can get fixed back to the way it was I will be happy to move it back up to five stars.

Samsung Mega. I have installed and uninstalled many call recorders, thus far this is the best. Only 1 problem, during playback my voice sounds like static, the other persons audio is clear. Please fix. Thank you for an app that works UPDATE 4/11/17 I reinstalled your application 2 years later and it worked fine for awhile, now the application does not record calls, again. Is there an unwritten trial period, once pass that time frame your application is designed to malfunction. Please advise. Thank you.

Its an awesome app. But one problem is that it can not record the calls from Sim 2. Only calls from Sim 1 can be recorded. If this issue can be sorted out.. I will give more than 5 stars to this app.. Otherwise its a useful aop.. taking less storage..

It's good initially 2 yrs back. Buy now the voice of other person doesn't get recorded u can only hear ur voice this is on both the phone i used one was Sony xperia t2 ultra and now on moto g4pluse. It's not improved but has gone worse. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

R about couple years now but all the sudden it only records my voice but doesn't record the voice and the other end of the line.. is there a fix please? Let me know ASAP! So I know to keep it. Thanx

It s very usefull program. I 've been using it for 5 years and no problems. I recommend to check their phone emergy saving policy For those users who complain about stop recording. Some of Samsung phone shuts down programs when you don't use it for long time. At least It happened to me.

I was using this app 1 yr ago, it was working very well. But, today I installed this app once again on another phone (Moto G4 Plus), it recorded only my voice not other party voice. This was very important call for me, recording of other party voice was vere necessary. Plz suggest me any idea, how to retrieve other party voice of that call.

Incoming voice is slowed down and distorted. My voice is fine, but not other side of call. Otherwise, I like the apps features and how it is set up. Simple and easy to use. This flaw makes the app worthless to me, I will change rating if flaw is fixed.

Awesome app. Saved me from being victimized by office politics. The automatic call recording with client helped me to use the call saved in my phone as evidence pricing that the Marketing team in my organisation were lying and were trying to put the blame of their failure on the shoulders of mine
