Ciudadano Vigilante

Debido a la creciente demanda de servicios ágiles y eficientes por parte de la Sociedad Chiapaneca, aunado al incremento de tecnologías modernas de comunicación e información, dan como resultado la necesidad de contar con sistemas informáticos, que coadyuven con las actividades institucionales; Por tal motivo la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública y Protección Ciudadana, ofrece el aplicativo “CIUDADANO VIGILANTE”. En el cual encontrará diversos servicios orientados a la prevención, seguridad personal y familiar.

Servicios:

1) Botón de pánico para atención a emergencias (066): Con la finalidad de que el proceso de atención a emergencias sea más ágil, la operadora podrá identificar automáticamente la identidad del usuario y su ubicación geográfica a través del GPS del celular.

2) Ciudadano Vigilante: Con este servicio el usuario tendrá una herramienta accesible para poder denunciar cualquier tipo de hecho delictivo, con la opción de subir fotografías y videos, de la denuncia.

3) Taxi Seguro: Con este aplicativo se ofrecerá al ciudadano acceso a un padrón de taxis identificados como seguros, los cuales todos los choferes deberán pasar un proceso de certificación con valoración física, psicológica y toxicológica.

4) Apoyo a la Mujer: En este apartado las mujeres serán asesoradas y se les informarán de programas gubernamentales de apoyo a la mujer y la familia (emocional, económico, capacitación, legal, etc.).

5) Orientación jurídica: Con este servicio el Estado ofrecerá una orientación gratuita en el ámbito legal, con la finalidad de brindar a la ciudadanía una atención personalizada para resolver cualquier duda jurídica, de trámites, denuncias o servicios.

6) Prevención del Delito: En esta sección el gobierno ofrecerá información y recomendaciones referentes a cómo prevenir los actos delictivos, que ayuden a salvaguardar la integridad física y material de la ciudadanía.

7) Denuncia a Transportista: En este módulo el ciudadano tendrá una herramienta ágil para poder realizar denuncias del mal servicio de parte de los choferes de transporte público o del mal estado de las unidades.

8) Denuncia a Servidor Público: En este servicio el ciudadano tenga una herramienta sencilla y fácil de usar, para poder realizar denuncias por actos de corrupción, abuso o mal servicio de parte de los Servidor Públicos.

9) Tú Ángel Azul: Módulo de auxilio vial enlazado a Tránsito del Estado; si tienes un problema con tu vehículo, llanta desinflada, Falta de Energía, Falta de Combustible, Servicio de Grúa sin costo.

10) Noticias SSyPC: En este módulo el ciudadano se mantendra informado de las acciones, entravistas, y comunicados realizados por la Secretaria de Seguridad y Proteccion Ciudadana

11) Orientación Psicológica y Atención a Víctimas: En este apartado las victimas de delito y ciudadanos en situación de violencia psicológica y emocional podrán recibir ayuda profesional a través de un chat, atendidos por psicólogos especialistas en la materia, para su atención, orientación y canalización.

12) Información SSyPC: En este módulo el ciudadano obtendrá información de trámites y servicios que la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana ofrece, como Liberación de Placas vehiculares, expedición de Licencias de Conducir, impartición de curso de manejo y educación vial, entre otros. 6) Crime Prevention: In this section the government provide information and recommendations on how to prevent crime, to help safeguard the physical integrity and citizenship material.

7) Report to Carrier: This module will have an agile citizen to make complaints of bad service by drivers of public transport or the poor condition of the units tool.

8) Report to Public Servant: In this service, the citizen has a simple, easy to use, to make complaints of corruption, abuse or improper service from Public Server.

9) You Blue Angel: Roadside Assistance Module linked to State Transit; if you have a problem with your vehicle, tire, Power Failure, Lack of Fuel, Towing Service at no cost.

10) News SSyPC: This module will be kept informed citizen actions, entravistas and communications made by the Secretary of Public Safety and Protection

11) Psychological Guidance and Care of Victims: In this section the victims of crime and citizens in a state of psychological and emotional violence can receive professional help through a chat, staffed by psychologists specialists in the field, for their care, guidance and referral .

12) Information SSyPC: This module citizens get information on procedures and services that the Ministry of Security and Civil Protection offers as Liberation Fleet Plates, Driver License issuance, delivery and management of ongoing driver education, among others.
