Color Touch Effects

Sometimes layering can get a bit annoying, but this is by far the best free app I've found for editing colors and filters. Hands on and easy to learn, I would recomend this to anyone!

Not impressed. Used the app and it changed the actual shape of something that wasn't even being edited. Now my hand looks wonky. Urgh. Don't get this app.

I want the app to be able to auto color pop when I choose a color. I don't want to fill it in myself

I don't see why people always hate on this app. I love this app it's like my best friend to edit photos. It's super easy to edit photos and there's little to no effort on your part. All you do is shade over the area you want filtered or colored a different color. People complain about how it's boring, well it isn't a game! This all isn't for entertainment! It's just a simple app you can use to edit photos. 5 stars.

I wish they made more photo apps because I've never had one work this flawlessly. I seriously love this app & would buy the paid version in a heartbeat. I was disappointed they didn't have one, but then realized I couldn't think of anything they could add that they didn't already have.

It sucks. You cant actually paint/change colours on your picture. All the effects I already have. Take this opportunity off sale or improve it - its got a long way to go for two stars. 1 star because I can't rate any lower

I Used-to Love this app! But with the latest Samsung update the adjustments options are no longer accessible. I can rotate the color, but not select the result. I can click color balance or brightness, but not do the actual slide bar adjustments!

Not really impressed with this app. The avatar indicates you can do a black and white and accent eye color. Worked for 10 minutes and still could not figure it out.

Poor....No undo button, no effect when using caption, just plain writing, filters are a joke to. Go use Pixlr and don't waste your time here! Uninstalled...

One trick pony really. It changes photo colors. Really the best part of this app is the wallpaper mode. The "Ken Burns"effect background changes are very nice. If it were possible to browse to a folder instead of using the five preselected folder choices, it would be perfect.

I would rate this app higher if it actually did the correct coloring , my son's and I have bright blue eyes and yet when I try to just color out eyes like the picture for this app it turns out eyes orange. Its ridiculous please fix it

I'm having a blast with this app.. I never knew you could do this with photos. It's very user-friendly and has a lot of filters and options and I've made some beautiful pictures with it.

You have a paint option that won't give you the option to choose a color, then there's filter effects that you can find on any smart phone today without having to download a app... If I'm missing something or there's buttons hid in the app with more options please let me know. Until then I'm giving it 1 star bc I can't give any less. Deleting app and looking for another one.

The best app in the universe!!! I always wanted a app which would change my dress colour and background color... I wasted my space and a lot of data on unwanted and useless editing apps but finally I luckily got this app and I am very satisfied... thanks for creating such a lovely app!

The was an old version that once was good, some the new ones are crap. If u can mix all the good option together this app my be good again, for example like the filter original

Nice app but wish to change original colors. And when surfing the cool photos, I always have to go back to the beginning n not when I reached..plz wish u fix this n wish to save them easily without having to edit each one by one. Tx

Used it for years without problems. However now when trying to use the multi picture wallpaper it keeps crashing

I have said and will keep saying it kick ass app . Always usable to enhance any photo. Very few apps can be on the badass category Color Touch is one.

It's not great because it makes your pics look a bit messy

Sucked, flipped my picture and could'nt figure out how to do anything that i wanted it to be used for. Moving on..

It's okay because I want to change the color of a picture but if I want to keep a part of the original color it always ends up the mono thing.

It lacks needed tools and an undo button. This app is junk.

The only thing this app lets you do is change the effect of the entire photo. Very misleading.

Images exported from this app are capped at a dismally low resolution, regardless of your source image.

The app has nice features but you loose the quality of the photo when you save your edit.

I am amazed,how can an app be so useless????

It won't let me get into the pictures on my phone to use but other then that it's fine and when I can get to edit a picture it works great

Update..31/10/16 Still using this App.and still loving it. Also, its a great way to save photos to the one Colour Touch folder.. I am really loving the effects section..They are outstanding. Still loving it..thanks again Ed.. .Samsung Core Prime.*****

Can't get eyes to change color. Can only get orange streaks or dots when I touch picture!

This app is great for playing with but the photos lose quality after its use. Poor pixelation.

Cool app but not much to do on it and it pops ads up a lot. I like it for certain photos to color only the eyes or something on.

I saw this and thought it looked cool, when I downloaded it I was only able to do about 3 things

I love this I'm a photographer and it's my job to make pictures look great and this has one specific job... to have a black and white background and you can choose what to color yourself
