NYC Bus Time

This app WAS a Grate reliable app that helped myself as well as others to keep an eye on Our loved ones traveling on the MTA buses. This app used to show the bus, the bus number, and route. It doesn't show it anymore. The timing is wrong. The 13 people I have told about this App is experiencing the same problems. PLEASE FIX ASAP

Not a bad app. UX could be better. Map function doesn't work, but text function is more important anyway so not a big deal.

It is a certainty that the wait times will change due to traffic or the number of problem children that board any given bus. The Maps, bus numbers and favorites feature is of great relief to me. It gives me a better idea of when the bus is coming than any other Transit app I've tried.

I have relied on this app for over a year and a few days ago it just stopped showing me the arrival times for my buses that I have saved to Favorite stops. When I vlickbon my favorite stops you get a blank page where you used to get the buses that were enroute to that stop with their distance from stop and arrival time. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still does not show the buses that are coming to a particular stop. Is there a known issue with the app?

Worked great until 2 weeks ago. Then, & since then, app not working. No explanations, no answer to email questions, just radio silence. Lobbying Google Play Store to remove this app entirely, so others don't waste their time installing a useless app.

Worked fine for awhile. I used app to tme my sons buses to school, but now the app doesnt work at all. All you get is a blank screen. Gonna uninstall. Wont re-install until developer fixes it like it was before.

The route lists work and show positions, but the real time map and widgets are not. 3/17/17 Quickest loading actual bus locations on whole line at once app. The bus stop widget crashes tho is great when it works.

It has no data and does not work anymore. This app stinks as bad as the stairwells of Penn Station.

This app was great but it stopped working a week or so ago. It no longer gives a schedule of buses and the times they show up at a given stop

I've been using this app for a couple of years. I like it because it shows which stops the buses are at along the selected route. However the app also use to list details about the times that buses will arrive at a particular bus stop, but the app no longer displays that. All you get is a blank screen. I hope this problem gets fixed.

This app stopped working for a week now. Screen completely blank. It's useless this way going to uninstall.

Well hasn't worked for a week now , no reply from the developers , I in installed and changed to moovit , don't bother downloading until the developer says something because it doesn't work at all

It was perfect, but stopped showing stops: which bus and how far away. Only shows routs separately, by bus. I uninstalled and installed back, but no result. Do something!

well...the "Favorites " never worked...but other than that it was great....now...was there an update? nothing is working anymore...it does not show the nearby buses...you need to search 4 it one by one. ...need to undo the update and fix the favorites 3.31.17 update....STILL NOTHING WORKS...BLANK

This app worked wonderfully for a while, but now it doesn't display any information at all. I'm really disappointed.

What is going on with this app?! I have been using it for years. It used to work perfectly. Now it doesn't work at all. I'm uninstalling because I probably won't get a response and the app probably won't be fixed.

Used to work fine but all of a sudden it stopped showing real time info. It shows a blank page when trying to see how long for the next bus.

Not working for around a week at the time of this review. Looks like developer has abandoned this app.

First the map function died, now the widget says only "no information." it was great, but it's time to uninstall.

Not good at all..all arrival times are off or it just has no info.

When I open the app nothing appears, I see buses and bus stops but not when the buses are coming, please fix.

This app was my life line and now it doesn't show me when the buses are coming :,( Please fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have uninstalled it 5 times and still can't get it to work again

This app used to be very reliable. For the last two days (3/15 & 3/16, 2017) it hasn't worked at all. What's going on??????????

Thought this was really great but now it doesn't work like it use to I would use this app over the mta app always now I have to put the mta app back really preferred this one oh well

I noticed even when I'm standing right I'm front of the bx 32 bus stop, it doesn't show up as one of the buses in the area.

This app is great when it works fully but that does not always happen. You need to do better with your updates because it's not working now

After the Blizzard 3/14/17 the App stoped working

It was OK, but stopped working.

The drivers are the problem with accuracy.

This was the most accurate bus tracker I have. But it hasn't been working for a week now. Hope it gets fixed ASAP !!!

Had the app for about 3 years now and it's always been accurate....just make sure you refresh it every time

I use this just about everyday. I find it to be very reliable. I also use this to double check google maps and find that it is more accurate than google maps travel directions doe buses.

This app is rarely accurate and it has no concept of scheduled layovers at the terminal.
