Learn Korean Like a Native

A collection of useful words and phrases, with clear pronunciation. This would be useful for tourists, or perhaps as an adjunct to classroom study. Unfortunately, just memorizing a bunch of set phrases, however useful, without being given the whys and wherefores of how the words are put together, isn't really helpful if you want to say something 'outside the box'. Nor is it really learning a language, let alone "like a native". Maybe I'm asking too much for a free app?

TBH, how is this all different from the others, they all do the same thing, an actual language learning app will help you understand grammar rules and will show you how to form your own sentences. Just like when you learn English you learn how to form sentences and aren't given sentences to memorize. Breaker if you go Korea they will talk about alot more than what I'm suppose to memorize. Unfortunately this is not what I'm looking for.

It's free and if you are good at picking up a language this will get you by. The only complaint is have is that some of the phases are not not as formal and so I unknowingly used a less formal phase can't remember which one to my boss who laughed at me for not knowing. Although they seem to be updating it constantly and have since fixed this some.

The app is amazing! I use this to communicate with my Korean friends,even though I do make a fool out of myself. but it is helping me learn more and more, day by day. I would recommend this to many people)even though I do Ind the ads ^_^

Ads are a bit annoying. Pronunciation is good with accents and all. Speaker is a bit fast but after a few tries you start to catch on. It's just the short phrase conversation app I've been looking for.

These apps are just great for first steps if your going into a new language, don't expect to learn everything and that's just fine. The best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself in the language, go meet and speak with real people who speak it. And these apps are great for starters, it teaches the alphabet and how to pronounce sounds which is vital. Plus if you are just going to a country where you can't speak it's language, just download the app and star key phrases to help you out. A great start!

I really like this app but I think there should be a way where you can slow it down when the person is talking because it's kinda quick like I have to listen to it 50 times before fully being able to hear the pronunciation of a sentence but other than that, it actually helped me.

Especially the fact that you added consonants and vowels, and also details essential for travellers such as, "i can only speak a little Korean"

I need more words...finally ive found the best...

^^" i like it but the only problem is-- that when it says "My name is 'Jane'" my name isnt actually Jane, are you able to change it somehow ?

Meh. . the way they tell you to pronounce things is difficult because its robotic sounding and it doesn't give you a sure sound.

Its Really Useful . And Im Great I can now Understand Some Korean Languages

PLEASE add color names and conversations related to colors and names of our body parts and conversations related to those and conversations related to health issues and names. For example - cough and cold, fever, etc .

I didn't even have this app open for 30 seconds before the ads started. Uninstalling after trying to use for 5 minute.

Great for language newbies hooked on K-Drama and want to go beyond subtitles.

Considering its free, I would say the app is wonderful. It lets me learn a lot as well. Only annoying thing is the ads popping up but I guess either u pay to remove that, or u just continue to use the free version. Kudos to the developer, 너무 감사합니다!

Im giving this app a 5 star coz now I can read and make a long conversation with my Korean friends. They said that Im improving so I kept on learning. Thanks to this app. And this is not the only app Im thanking also the other app I downloaded. The only tip I am going to give is: . . . . . . . . . . . Dont be lazy

This is a great app. I've tried two so far and this one was definitely better than the other one (which was trying a little too much to sell the information). Occasionally an English translation can be a bit wrong but never anything crucial.

I am enjoying the design and the overall usefulness of the app, though I do have some issues here and there. It would be amazing to be able to set the speed of the voice showing you the pronunciation and some vowels seem to be missing or at least I cannot find them (ㅐㅒㅔㅖ).

This app is totally worth it. Even if you are not familiar with the korean alphabets(or Hangul),it is very easy to use,given that this app fulfills that category too. Just the right app to get me going on the Korean language! The Korean characters helps a lot to read too. Side note, is there a way to change the voice to a male voice or any plan on making male voice available in the future? Also even on the removed ads version, I am still receiving ads for some reason, help me out here thanks!

I been trying to find an app with very little in app purchases to help me learn korean and here it is folks the sound quality is on point the expressiveness of each word or phrase is accurate...I literally will be using this as one of my favorite study guides 아녕기게새요!

It's a very good language learning app for those who are fairly farmiliar with Hangeul. It's great for on the go learning. Easy to navigate through. I just wish they had the option of slowing down the pronunciations, it's a tad too fast for beginners. Other than that it's great keep it up..
