Pls let us scan the qr code via this app. The snap station usually doesn't work
Too bad. The cashier at mrt ayala station doesn't know what to do after i present the qr code. She ask me if i have a card.
I'll turn this into 5 stars if you add a QR code scanner to sync the card to my account and to scan the codes on the reciepts. This basically just turned our phones into cards, it still has the same properties as the Snap card, no more no less.
The QR code on my card and on my account are different. Is it why I didn't see any points reflected on my app account when I checked after using my snap card? Is there a way to sync the QR code on my card to my existing account?
Usually store's tablet is not working. Wish this app can be use to scan QR code from receipt. Hassle earning points, need to scan the card then scan the receipt, one at a time. Some cashiers don't give receipts and throw it immediately. Other promotions are not offered, you need to ask for it (ex.shower of prizes--forgot the exact term)
Please integrate the QR scanner in the app. It's a hassle esp. if there's a long queue behind me.
Great app to earn rewards. But would give 5 stars if app can somehow capture the QR code when the store's device is not working.
The card was not able to capture the snaps. I bought twice, yesterday and even today but my snaps are still at 10 ????
Cashier said this app is no longer supported.

Allow us to snap the receipts. It is hard to find a branch that have an active/online scanner

The products and promo advisory is very useful for us Snap members, but adding a QR code scanner will be a great advantage for us and also for the store. As others said, the Snap app used on the tablets on the counter have a 5-7 seconds lag every button pressed/page load, making the customers take a chunk amount of time when registering their receipt. Also, there is an issue that some Snaps are lost or not registered properly and that is a major issue and I'm hoping that you will fix it immediately.
How can you use the Card when you create a different QR Code in opening an account via the app?
QR Code on receipt is not readable due to low quality print.
I bought a Snap card (11:30PM, November 13) & the cashier at the Family Mart in Arlington informed me that I can download & use the app with the purpose of using the card to connect the app with the same QR code on the card. But the truth is, the card & the app have two different QR codes. I wasted my money buying the card. You better tell your cashiers to tell the truth instead of lying to customers like me to buy your useless card. FYI: The 7 Eleven card & app gives much better service than this.

I've purchased around 200 and used snap app. It will say the total snaps rewarded on their pad BUT when I check on my app it did not update. Right now I only have 10snaps minus 1 snap from registring, that is a total pf 9snaps only... SMH... Please update and have this App hav d feature to scan receipts
I made several attempts to receive a verification code. Until now, I only receive verification code. And I used that particular verification code, and it is not working. Please do something about it. And also, have an update on editing the profile, particularly the email address section, because currently there's no way to change the email address.
I use this everyday whenever I buy something at Family Mart but my points never seem to update. Is something wrong?

Since the tablet in family mart is crappy took SO MUCH time for me to be able to get of the line. It was queuing and it made me feel like it was my fault why there was a long queue on the line. And after a long wait upon checking my account i dont see any added points its still 10 since the last time I BOUGHT the card DAMMIT this is just so annoying. I always buy chocolates here in Family mart. Please put a scanner here too. Shiz. I am so annoyed with how the service was set up. Felt like scam.
I bought the card just so it would be faster, but hey! It doesnt. They say that it always times out. I hope that this app will scan the receipts for you
Can't you add a QR code to this app so we can scan our receipts without causing delay or hassle to the next person when we are in line? Most of the other users are requesting for the same thing.
No tablet at the family mart where i buy stuff... Would really like to have to have the scan feature on the app rather since its more reliable than the store... And to avoid queueing at the counter
I lost my old card and I'd like to sign in using my new account but it doesn't show the option to logout! Please fix! And hey! Listen to your customers! All comments here are all about having the ability to scan receipts via the app! Customers should have the option to either use this app or your jurassic tablets at the store for their own INconvenience!
I would really like to have the code scanner in this app. I have experience one time that the tablet in the store is offline for a week or so and was only told to keep the receipts. In the end, I was not able to scan those receipts. Going to the counter just for them are a hassle and may make the line in the counter longer.
I specifically rated it to ask for a scan receipt function and/or similar functionality as the one on terminals. There are no more terminals in some branches. I can't scan in different branches. There is no offline redemption option. This apps functions are nearly the same as the snap site. Not much use.
Can you add the scan feature to this app. cause some of the tablets inside the stores are offline or NOT WORKING. also, it takes a long time for them to scan your card and receipt. either add the scan feature to the app, or find a more efficient way to get those points to our accounts.
Kindly include in the app the ability to scan official receipts. Sometimes the stores tablets are off or not working.

Should have a QR reader so customers can snap on their own. Tablets at the stores are always offline and scanning receipt at the cashier delays other customers who want to pay but can't because someone is trying to scan their recepits.
There is a branch near me that don't have a tablet to scan the QR code. It's a hassle to keep the receipts and get it scanned on other branch. Or going to other branch just to scan the code. Let the user decide whether to scan the QR code at the store or to their own mobile devices. This app has lots of potential.
I just knew today that Family Mart has this app. Inquired with them regarding their reward point system and it's 1:1 , not so bad! The update on the app has seconds delay but it isn't as bad as it seems especially their QC mo. Ignacia branch is very effective in assisting you. If your point did not update on your app just go to the family mart near you to have it scanned. That way your newly downloaded app will sync and update. I requested to use the QR on my phone since and it works a lot more better.
Despite numerous restart attempts. I'm still unable to log back in. I have my email on hand and I do click the unblock link before logging in but still it says Invalid Username or Password

I dont get what is the use ofa "menu" page without showing the prices of each item, some items doesn't even have a photo. Promos page is sooooo outdated. And maybe i'd give 4 more stars if customers will have the option to scan their own receipts via this app.
