App seems to be working before but suddenly kept on lagging/hanging. Can't use it and has lost so many points already. I have reformatted my phone still didn't fix the problem.

Barista said they'd email their head office about the points because their system wasn't working. No points added a month after. Useless

Somehow, any beverage I buy as of this year 2017, hasn't been added to my points. I should have at least 15 more or so points added by now, and as it hasn't means that to me, this app really is useless and should be upgraded by now.

This is the nth time that I purchased from Bo's but the app won't record the purchase. It's a useless app that won't even earn you a reward. Different branch, same result. A misleading app and poor customer service. You guys should better take this down.

How do you earn points when I purchase a product from your branches? Should I just show my code to the counter? I hope you explain this further in the app or description menu of your app.

I just dowloaded the app, I hope this negative reviews showing below is not true. My friend recommended me to use this since she's earning points as well! I'll give feedbacks after I'll try to use this!

The app itself is great but the personnels in various branches are not fully trained or prepared for this app. They often forgot to ask the customer if they have the app. By the time i handed my phone they would say that they already punched in my orders and its too late to use the app. Then afterwards they would ask me my code (I dont know what for). As a result i failed open my fifth voucher TWICE in a row... and my points havent increased yet even when i purchased food and drinks TWICE now....

back touch key on s6 edge doesn't work in the app. i need to press the home button to exit. please do fix. love the app btw, cheers!

The lady in the cash register said they can't add points because their register can't connect to the internet. She said however that she'll manually key in the points, but no points came in 'til now.

I was so excited to use this app to collect points but then nothing happened. Been buying coffee from the store and they scan the code everytime but still my points is 0

The intent was good but there is no support,i cant see my history of points and there were times that points is not credited and you have to talk to different people just for 1 point

It's stuck in one page. And I've tried 2 phones. Either fix it or retire the app.

Your stores' cash registers are not connected to the internet so they won't be able to record your purchases to your loyalty account.

For a Bo's coffee lover like me. It feels rewarding having this kind of app

App should work even if i deny app permissions to contacts and phone. You do not need them for its core function.

Great app! Bo's Coffee the Best! Unfortunately, i've tried the app in more than 5 stores but it is not working. Pls do something.

Why does this app need to find accounts on my device and to have the ability to make phone calls? And it says that charges will be applied if the app does make a call. Seriously, why?
