About Frances' Gluten-Free Recipes
My Story
With my background in the Medical Field I have been very passionate about health and especially healthy eating for my family and myself. I suffered a great deal from food sensitivities which prompted me to do a lot of research on the topic of nutrition and the benefits of a gluten-free diet.
Gluten is the main protein found in certain types of grains, especially wheat, and gliadin is one of the major proteins in gluten. Gliadin is the protein that creates the immune response in people that are gluten sensitive. Gluten also can create a great deal of inflammation in the body.
I have always enjoyed cooking and feel much better when I make everything from scratch. With the information I found, I set out to create gluten-free recipes that would be healthy, easy and quick to make and would taste great! Recipes that are based on whole foods, that do not contain additives and will help provide good nutrition for our bodies to operate at their best and help us to feel terrific!
I hope you will download the mobile app and try these recipes for a healthy living. Please tell your family and friends so that they can also enjoy these recipes.
