It is never easy to predict taxi fares or sort of estimate them by oneself. Taxi Fare Calculator, though it does not give an accurate fare price, gives its users a good bargaining power over fellow taxi drivers.
Taxi Fare Calculator operates in two modes:
a) Day Fare and
b) Night Fare.
Day fare refers to the normal taxi fare where there are no extra increments. Night Fare on the other hand includes these increments. Using setting option you can even set minimum fare or per distance fare.
Do look for the suggestions that pop up while entering a query for location and destination. For now, this application has the Google Map view included so that the users can get a vivid display of the route.
Expect more upgrades from the application in the near future.

3 times going to the settings right after I downloaded this app...Uninstalling.

I really like this application, though it does not give me the accurate fare price, it does make me aware of the price range. A bug was found as I entered the feedback option. Would like to see this application incorporate a GPS feature in the near future.

When i enter the location & destination then i can select from the available options. After that when i click on calculate fare, then it says and internet connection is required eventhough the phone is already connected. When i click on settings android says... "Unfortunately taxi fare has stopped" and the app crashes. The same happens when i click on feedback. -HTC Desire X

It crashes whenever I try to open settings. And please update the fare table too as the taxi fare has changed.

Ok atleast worked now Other problems still persist, buy now I can calculate fare. Try calculating from city centre to Gopi Krishna hall ... 4.5 kms ,, fare = rs 10. But.still I would say nice concept app
