Ein Teil von Göttingen — wie manche sagen. Bratwurst Glöckle ist ein kleiner Imbiss im Herzens Göttingen und diesen gibt es schon seit 1920.

Damals war Bratwurst Glöckle in Besitz von August Siemsen, bis er der Laden 1961 an Meta Siemsen übergab. Seit her wird im Bratwurst Glöckle mit einem Holzkohlengrill gearbeitet. Dies ist heute auch immer noch möglich.
Bis vor drei Jahren, mussten die Bewohner noch durch eine grüne Tür im Laden, um zu Ihren Wohnungen zu gelangen. Jetzt nach dem Umbau in 2013, haben die Bewohner und Bratwurst Glöckle jeder seinen eigenen Eingang.

In den knapp 100 Jahren in denen Bratwurst Glöckle existiert, hat der Laden Kult-Status erreicht. Er steht in Stadtführern von Göttingen als einziger Imbiss und ist sogar in der App von Göttingen als Geheimtipp zu finden. Bratwurstglockle
