An affirmation is a sentence that you can repeat out loud for yourself, in order to achieve a goal. This is a very powerful tool to change your life in a positive way.

Not only can you look up and see a message, in case you have any encounters with one of the many. many animals on this app, but it's also a dynamic way to have daily positive re-enforcement messages at a time when we are over done with negative news.
