For gameplays, in the menu screen:

- to SPIN, look at the blue bands above and below menu items
- to SELECT, look at the center of an item for a few moments.
- to RECENTER, look down.

During gameplay:

- to PAUSE, look down
- to RESUME, look down again
- to RETURN TO MENU, look up
