This app lets employees submit their information and IT issues. The app generates a workflow email that is sent to the company's IT manager. The IT manager has the ability to assign tasks to team members, designate priority and input progress. The app will generate an additional workflow that then notifies IT employees that an issue is ready for them to resolve.
