The worst carrier everrrr... They call me in the middle of the just to let me know I made 2 payments??? Isn't it illegal? Their call center is in the Philippines who have no clue what time it is here in the US. Now a day after my due date they cut my line off without even a notice. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody even my worst enemy.

I just switched from A T&T and it's was the worst decision of my life. They say they are within 1% but that's bullcrap. I haven't been able to use my 3G not 4G 3G anywhere but with A T&T I could use my 4G anywhere. Worst decision ever do not switch to Sprint.

Sprint advertise to switch your service and and pay 50% of bill. When I called them they tell T-Mobile charges $180.00 for my 4 lines of service. Therefore my cost would would $90.00 plus tax and fees. The problem is I only pay $100.00 for my 4 lines. They of course in fine print have listed one of the fees only 28% I think. Then again T-Mobile is also of the same practice. I am relatively happy with them and don't have to buy new phones

I have been with sprint for over 15 years. I have went through the ups and downs. I am paying under $61 a month for 1 phone. Unlimited everthing. You count up the cost and compare... Every company has their negatives...

It's useless. The Sprint customer service experience is ALL around terrible. Can't do anything with the preinstalled Sprint zone app. It prompts you to install this travesty. I would give it zero stars, but I can't.

All I want to do is pay my bill but it seems I can't do that any longer. What happened to Sprint Zone? So ummmm I guess Sprint does not want to be paid. Wow! Horrible app. Uninstalled.

Great Company There Products are Grade A. Telephone Operators are Very Helpful and Informative. Dontae Evans helped me unlock my Tablet due to a Bad App. He knows what he was Doing. I know alot about my Tablet but Without his Help I would have continued to pull my hair out. If you need help in Champaign Il go to Prospect Street and he,ll Get the Problem Fixed. Thank You Dontae.

Joined Sprint in Nov. I've been to the store twice to get replacement phones because the Samsung S7 is a terrible phone and their free Tablet is a joke. GPS not working, screen goes black, etc. I've spent close to 24 hours dealing with sprints screw ups since I switched. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls, store visits. Transferred on calls close to ten times having to reiterate everything I just told the other employee. Getting hung up on. Getting called a liar, being lied to, disrepected. SPRINT sucks.

They provide the worst service ever. They overcharge for nothing. Unlimited is useless without coverage. Other sprint apps are crap and bloat ware. Just crappy.

Whatever happened to sprint phones being pre loaded with sprint zone? The unnecessary APS on the phone are useless especially when the necessary ones are not available.

When it comes to applications i would much rather have those that are sprints than anyone else's. Sprint has proven to me to be a honest, dependable, and patient company. I have lost track of the amount of times they have rescued my phone and tablet. To be honest I believe the number is almost uncountable. For a long time the Family called the Sprint store our home away from home.

i just got sprint switching from metro. it was proballythe worst decision of my life. git 2gb of data and at the beginning of the plan i could t do anything without wifi. it toom 20 min to download this app on data. undownloaded it used wifi it took 2 seconds. no joke. do not get it this buisness deserves to go under. peace (: p.s. purposely downloaded this app to say this.

I Signed a Two Year Contract That Sprint Broke & Didn't Even Tell Me.They Broke My Contract Because They Wanted To Cheat Me Out of My $100.00 Rebate That Was In My Contract That Sprint Broke. Sprint Offered My a $ 100.00 Rebate To Sucker Me In & They Gave Me No Rebate.Sprint Blocked Me From Using The Sprint Zone Where They Could Cover Up Just How They Broke My Two Year Contract & How They Pulled a Dirty Trick at Cheating Me Out of My $ 100.00 Rebate That Sprint Promised Me & That They Owe Me.Shame on Sprint

I travel over several states and the worst coverage I've ever dealt with. Going back to straight talk where I can get better service in all the states.

They cheat their customers constantly, they lie, their product explodes and they do nothing about it. Drop Sprint if you have there is about to be a class action lawsuit

The new lease program is a rip off what you dont know... if u lose the phone u owe the full amount of the phone. .. before you return the phone any cracked screens must be repaired. .. looking for a carrier to move my services... sad been with sprint for 5+ years
