I speak most western European languages ranging from basic to degree level so maybe it is easier for me to grasp a new language, but this is a really great app and I'm impressed with it. It's easy to follow, the breakdown on the grammar and structure is helpful in mentally working through the way the language works, the audio is good quality and the bite sized chunks make it something you can dip into when you have five minutes spare.

Teaches you how to read write and speak. Explains thoroughly. Also it's free so why not? Feeling confident in getting fluent having this as my starting point.
