Leider zählt die Datenverbrauchanzeige im WLAN verbrauchte Daten mit und ist damit ziemlich nutzlos.

Mir wurden nicht einmal die 100gb angeboten. Nicht einmal nach dem 2. Aufladen!

Can no longer download bills and no clear date when they are fixing it they say it is affecting only some customers. Cannot change interface language as well.

Sollte schneller die restliche Datenvolumen anzeigen (die Synchronisation mit dem Server ist ziemlich langsam und zeigt nicht immer die Daten in "live") aber rest passt

Lustige Animationen können nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass diese App dilettantisch entwickelt worden ist. Schlimm genug: Die App ist nicht in der Lage, mehrere Mobilfunk-Konten darzustellen. Aber nicht einmal bei dem einen Benutzerkonto können die Login-Daten zuverlässig dauerhaft gespeichert werden. Hinzu kommen immer wieder Fehlermeldungen, wonach die Daten des Mobilfunk-Kontos gerade nicht geladen werden können. Während die Services im Web ganz normal erreichbar sind. Im Vergleich zum Wettbewerb (Telekom, O2) eine miserable Leistung.

Nice app, but unexplainable how is it possible that a major company does not offer english language in the app. Hard to understand why the decision of not having language files.

Easy to add extra data options, seemingly impossible to remove them so they renew automatically after 4 weeks. Full of bloat ware and adverts.

You need to switch views to see separately your data, SMS and voice current status while the screen is nearly empty... Also adds are annoying and it says it can't load data 1 times out of 3...

You should be able to use the app even when you run out of data. This is your network app. Then that gives customers the chance to see what options they can book extra to keep on going.
