Why does this app need access to just about everything on your phone including the mic? Also it is extremely poorly designed anytime you go back you have to sign in again. Literally if you hit the back button you have to sign in again.

This app will log the same guest vehicle in multiple times during one entry. Also their phone customer service is conveniently unavailable during the times you need them. My development uses this company to patrol the parking here. There are a limited amount of days I can have a guest stay per year. The days are being used up 3 times as fast because of the buggy software. Also it's supposed to cancel a guest pass automatically but that doesn't work either. Sucks!

Worse company ever! Stay away, disrespectful customer service, horrible application that ask for all kinds of scary permissions, lazy tow drivers that just pass by once a week and claim to come by multiple times. No warning, they just tow your car and disrespect you on the phone regardless if you're registered as a guest online. They're starving for funds and will get it any way possible(e.g.selling your personal data, towing your registered vehicles, etc) You've been warned.
