Diploma in Transformational Church Leadership
An off-campus study program uniquely designed to equip church leaders

Vision Statement
Godly transformational Christian leaders effectively making disciples and developing godly transformational Christian
leaders at the local church level in Kenya and beyond.

Educational Objectives
Transformation in lifestyle through study of the Word of God and work of the Holy Spirit in students’ lives
Transformation in service through identification and use of spiritual gifts as well as through training in specialized areas of Christian service
Transformation in leadership through leadership training that develops transformational leaders for the local church

Training Level
Study at the Diploma Level will require secondary Form 4 and above

Diploma Programme Materials
At the diploma level the Discovery Series Texts and accompanying materials will be used. Also, there will be specialized ministry training that will use custom designed learning resources.

Teaching Methodology
The primary teaching method will be guided independent study. This involves discovery learning using interactive
learning materials at home, as well as participation in classes conducted in off-campus study centers. Teaching will be done in English.

Number of Diploma Courses
There are three grades for each level of study with seven courses in each level. A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon successful completion of Levels I and II with a Diploma issued after successful completion of all 21 courses in this programme.

Duration of Programme
Schedule of class sessions is quite flexible with optional schedules between two to three years available. It depends on class preference. It is set at the time the center is opening.

Teachers
Teachers under this programme are those who have the required qualifications and have received and official letter of
approval to teach issued by the PACU Academic Office.
