About IDM
This innovative self-care application allows IDM subscribers to manage multiple Internet accounts from a single or multiple mobile phones or tablets. The user can at any time check the monthly traffic consumption, renew subscriptions, manage additional services, contact support, receive notifications and stay updated about IDM’s news and announcements.
IDM subscribers using the App will be able to:
• Add and manage multiple ADSL or 3G accounts within the same app.
• Backup a profile and restore it to other mobile phones without the need to re-enter all usernames and passwords.
• Monitor traffic consumption meter and check service expiry date.
• Renew subscriptions using prepaid scratch cards or using a debit or a credit card

Fine, I mean you can only monitor you consumption to date only for the current month.you can't check previous months, you can't check detailed consumption.change plan works only with quota staying with the same speed, not the actual speed plan. It tells you the current date in case you didn't know, and your adsl phone number just in case.other than that, it really does nothing

Good app but the company cant provide a good service because its impossible to cover all lebanese subscriber arround all area using 2 hot line numbers.

Suggestion: If I will be able to purchase my dsl prepaid card + parental control + unlimited night traffic in one transaction this will be great. It's annoying to enter credit card details 3 times to renew subscription.
