Lock, Locate & Wipe

In case your phone is lost or stolen, Lock, Locate and Wipe enables you to:
• Remotely Lock your phone so that personal data cannot be accessed. Your phone can also be remotely unlocked
• Remotely Locate your phone on a map..
• Remotely Wipe personal data on your phone. WARNING: USING THE WIPE FEATURE WILL INITIATE A FACTORY RESET AND CLEAR ALL APPLICATIONS, DATA AND SETTINGS ON YOUR PHONE. THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE.

TO LOCK, LOCATE AND/OR WIPE YOUR PHONE:
1. Go to the User Portal online at: https://mobilesafeguard.biz
2. Login with your registered Email Address and Account Password.
3. Choose the action(s) you wish to perform (Lock, Unlock, Locate and/or Wipe).
4. A command will be sent to your phone in order to lock, unlock, locate or wipe the phone.

AFTER INSTALLING, PLEASE READ THE USER GUIDE ON THE MAIN SCREEN TO REVIEW FUNCTIONALITY.
