About Receipt Drawer
This app allows you to save paper receipts electronically. You can create an event such as: a vacation event, a work trip, a home project, or just about anything that will require money management. The app will keep track of how much you have spent, how much budget you have left, your receipts, and will allow you to generate a pdf report that can be shared through e-mail. Everything is stored locally on your device and you don't need to create an account or register an email.

One innovative idea they use is instead of categories they use projects to group reciepts & set a spending limit for that project. However, I can't delete that project once it's created. Also no OCR recognition of scanned recipts or ability to itemize receipts. Galaxy S4 mini
