Rental Property Management

It was working perfectly till the last update. Lost all my data, app crashes everytime I tried to restore from backup, and also crashes when I tried to re-input the data manually. The app is useless now. I sent feedback when it crashes, but got no respond.

I liked it at first but then tried to add an expense and it wont let me because i have to select a payee which it also wont let me do....help?

Excellent property manager app on play store. Has decimal support for numbers, reports, place to store rental policies, etc. Your email support is great as well. Thank you for the hard work. I'm buying ad free version of this app. Thanks.

Used for a month and then it erased everything i had saved. Now its all lost and im deleting this app!

i have couple of suggestions 1) It would be better and necessary to add (portion number/door no) with in a building , as we can know how many portions are there with in a building, adding door number by floors(for double floor building) would be great either. 2) Attachment of author card, pan card, etc while adding tenant would be a great sign. 3) showing a notification on the mobile for the late payment tenants. 4) Auto Sending an email or sms for the tenants on their due date. 5) Reports can be improvised on various filters like i) get one particular tenant data from his joining date in to the house. ii) get the list of vacant rooms in a building/buildings iii) list of tenants pending dues for month/months. i have many other suggestions, will send you a detailed list once this are figured out.

Too many ads. I understand you need ADs to pay for the free app offering. However you have way too many ads that it becomes useless for me to test. If I am unable to test, why would I pay for your Ad less App? Be reasonable with Ad eplacement, you are way too excessive with the Ads.

Looks good but does not allow rent payment weekly or fortnightly which is an odd oversight and makes this app a non starter. No, will not make 5 stars to "motivate you" as you say to someone else here with the same complaint!

Good easy app, however i can only seem to put pounds £ in and not pence. So say i need £29.30 i can only put £29 Can this be changed? If so i would buy.

Good app, but my tenants pay rent fortnightly and there is no option to enter rent payments per fortnight, only monthly. Please can you add a time period option (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) as tenants don't always pay per month. Also, an option to show when they are paid till with this option. If my tenant chooses to pay for 5 weeks upfront, how do i track what date they have paid till? That's the main reason i got this app as my tenants do bank deposits on random days and i need to track wheb they are paid till

Great app. Is there a add free version, I would consider buying it. • Reports with graph options would be good • Having reoccurring payment/expenses option would be good so it auto add based on setting • Login and oassword security would be good. Overall great app!!!

Expenses can not have fraction. Ie. 29.85. Must be integer value, 29.

Hi team please can you add a option of sending direct sms to notify tenant for rent every month and please add electric bill, water bill and maintenance chagers option in the the bill
