I am not loving the app right now. I used to love it but now it no longer displays pics and is slow. It's been this way for MONTHS and doesn't seem like anyone's trying to resolve it. So got to give it the "HATED IT!!" rating.

Everytime i try to open it it says server unavailable! opening this app used to be part of my morning routine! now I can't even use it. please fix! I loved this app when it worked, it's been at least 3 months.

This used to be a great app. Now it is junk. Constantly says "Could not connect to network, try again later." The only reason I gave it one star is because I couldn't give it any less.

As you can guess from all the complaints here, this app does not work at all. Hopefully they will have someone fix it soon, because it does not work at all.

So I deleted this app last year because it wasn't working and then decided to download it again hoping you'd worked out all the issues. Unfortunately my hopes were stomped into the ground because now NOTHING works. I open the app and a "network connection error" pop up appears. This is a useless application and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Photos don't load, and the app crashes. It used to be the greatest app in the world. Not even worth downloading these days.

Worked fine on SIII but plenty of issues on S5. Tiles overlap on home screen. Lots of freezing and load failures. Used to be a good app.

Don't waste your time. It doesn't work and they refuse to fix it.

I see a comment above from 3 MONTHS AGO. I have SAME PROBLEM. CANNOT CONNECT TO NETWORK. DEVELOPERS, PAY ATTENTION TO COMMENTS AND FIX YOUR APP OR REMOVE IT!!! People, download app called JUSTICE, it works.

For months now when I try to open this app, all I get is a message that says cannot connect to network, please try again later or something along those lines. Along with that problem, it would never show the pictures of the inmates on either the thumbnail or the page about them. This is overall a very terrible, broken app that should be redone from the ground up by someone who knows what they're doing.

I've used this app for years. It is part of my morning routine as a victim of stalking and violence. A few months ago it stopped showing pictures and this past week the app crashes before I could even get to the menu screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Shotty updates WCSO.

Now constantly says network connection unavailable no matter what I do. Checked hosts filem etc. Pure garbage

No longer connects. Have to repeatedly back out of text box just to exit the program. This was a great app years ago... now not even worth a download.

Every time I open the app, I get a message stating there is no network connection and to try again later. I will be deleting this app until it's fixed.

Pics no longer load and has become slow as heck. Won't work right on Note 4 Edge.

First the pictures went away, now it says no network connection. Has been down for weeks.

Pics not showing up anymore now having to go on the Web to see the pics hate the update please fix the bugs

This app sucks. It used to be really good but now the inmate pictures won't load. You're better off just looking at the actual website.

While the app was a bit behind on updating photos, it was still very functional and worked very well. However many months ago it just stopped working. At first I thought it was my phone but come to find out it was the app. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. Apps sometimes get messed up and need an update. However that was MONTHS ago and not even an update to acknowledge there is something wrong. Do not download this app. It is now a waste of memory.

I would suggest contacting the app creator about this turd. It worked fine early on. Images aren't loading and it crashes at random.

It's like the administrators simply gave up. This use to be an awesome app. It has since quit showing pictures. Now I can't even connect to it. "Network error. Please try again later." I know you're busy, but please get back at soon. Galaxy S5

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This app was really cool about 2 years ago but it's like you guys just gave up on it. There for a long time the in app buttons were all stacked on top of each other but, you could see the inmate pictures. Now the in app buttons are perfect but, you can't see any pictures.... You guys really need to update this and fix the compatibility issues!

Worked great on my s3. Upgraded to an s5 and now the icons on the main menu screen are jumbled and on top of each other and there are no pics whatsoever.
