Trying it again after last having issues with it being unable to use my otherwise fully functional internet connection. Reported street lamp problem, received confirmation that the correct dept had been notified, noticed light working properly again, & received notification that problem had been corrected, all within several days! :D MOST Excellent! ^_^

Add street light repairs to app

Doesn't sense your GPS or triangulated location. Requires street address input every time, including CITY and STATE - Duh it's Phoenix. Crashes if you try and report two violations in a row. When you go to take the pic for the 2nd case, it crashes and forces you to return to the beginning of the app. At least it saves your personal reporting NAME, ADDRESS info within subsequent reports while you have the app working. Once you close out of the app, and start up next time, all that info needs to be input again.

I used the "report graffiti" to report a pothole due to not having a pothole option. .

From my first view of it, it looks like a user-friendly and full-featured app for its purpose. Finally I can report blight on the go!

Thanks to some unwanted app update, you can't open the app, and when you remove it and try to reinstall it, it won't reinstall. DON'T FIX WHAT AIN'T BROKE.

I tried to use this app the other day after the windstorm to report a fallen tree in the park. Besides the fact that I get a privacy notice that I have to OK EVERYTIME I open this stupid app, it forces to take a picture before it will submit a concern. HOW STUPID IS THAT. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN A PICTURE BUT IT WILL NOT LET YOU USE A PICTURE IN YOUR GALLERY. I DON'T KNOW WHO'S DIMWITTED IDEA THAT WAS, BUT IT'S STUPID. I'd like to know the reasoning behind such a stupid setup. The only thing I can think of is it would prevent people from waiting several day's to report something. I would like to know how often that happened or if they just assumed it would happen and wanted to prevent it from happening???? That is the $64,000.00 that will never be answered.

Looks like a great app but should add a pothole option like the city of Tempe.

Really like this app because instead of not knowing who to turn to or call for abandoned cars or grafitti I can use this app. Everyone should download this app to help fix eyesores in Phoenix. I do not understand why when you are selecting the address for your location you have to scroll through the 59 states. It should be already preset for Arizona since it is an app for Phoenix, Az. Good thing we start with an A or that would be a lot of scrolling to do each time. Dev please preset the City and State.

Used app two days later they painted over it. this app is a must in phoenix.

It used to be okay but not force closes all the time. I don't know why it asks for States other than Arizona. If forces you to put in address even though you are Geo logging the address. Make these fixes and it would be 5 star.

Scott, you can select a photo from you phone's gallery. Use the Android context menu button when you are on the Take Photos screen and you will see a Gallery option.

Great concept, poor execution. 2x reported carts in alley, w/my contact info, zero result. Uninstall, need memory for more productive programs.

Wish the app could report people loitering from their cars, snap pic of licence plate and send them a ticket.

This is a great idea, but the program crashes on start up ie force close. May be because warning msg about calling emergency or wifi/gps enablement?
