This app installs, but does not give me an option to establish a user name and pass word; It then asks me to log in; Then next it says for me to log in, with a failed log in; WTF.

The San Jose, CA, version of this app is the worst written app I have on my phone. It dies or freezes regularly. It is clearly not programmed properly. However, it eases reporting graffiti.
